I was actually having a hard time trying to explain where to start and what to do next, so I made screencast videos and posted them on YouTube and my blog.

The videos walk my new affiliates through the initial processes of completing the LaunchPad and the To-Do List as well as signing up as a WAV3 member and how to use TripleClicks.

I've found this very successful in helping to actually show new affiliates how the initial program works. I also encourage them to email me if they're stuck on anything and I'll create a new video to add to the training videos.
