One - Right away, day 1, I want them to learn all they can. Helping them Qualify, gets them educated. Note the links are live in my email. I send them the following email:

You can qualify for the company Executive Pool easily. Once signed up and signed in go to your SFI Affiliate Page (www.sfimg.com) and earn these points free.
For confirming your registration =>> 150 points
For whitelisting
[email protected] =>> 100 points
For completing your Affiliate Profile =>> 75 points
For registering as an a2a member =>> 60 points
For sending your SFI Commitment Message to your sponsor =>> 50 points
For reading the Getting Started FAQs =>> 50 points
For reading the "About SFI" page =>> 20 points
Total points ------ 505 VP.
IF achieved in the first 24 hours as a member you will receive the Fast Track Matching Points of 500
And that puts you 2/3rds of your way to Executive Affiliate qualifications. You can gain the next 500 points over the course of the next week to fully qualify for the Executive Pool payout before the month’s end. Reach 1500/mo and you're there. See CompPlan Number 2. Sharing in the Executive Pool.
This can be done for free. You do not need to buy anything. SFI rewards you for learning.

Then I tell them, especially if they are Fast Trackers, that I will add them to my Co-op as soon as they hit 1500 points and EA Status. The CSAs they receive by achieving EA status is a motivator. Then a few days later they start getting a couple PSAs from my Co-op. They are in and working every day. I keep them supplied with material to help their downline. And together we all rise.
