By setting up an example before them i.e. you yourself first set SO and then they will follow you. Remember Mahatma Gandhi the Father of Nation, India advised the people don't use salt but first he himself left the use of salt!

You need to lead by example. You have to make sure that you have setup your SO before asking your team mates to setup their SOs. Even if it is a small amount, say 1 TC or 200 TC, that doesn't matter. Set it up, whatever you can afford.

There is no point in forcing your team mates to go for a standing order. I am still having the "lack of money" issue when we have our team meetings. So when your team is having this issue, you should not force them to do that. It will negatively

I think the straight answer here is that you don't encourage them, because strictly by asking them to set up a standing order you are asking them to pay you. It's perfectly acceptable to point out that there are huge advantages to maintaining EA status, and that can be achieved by purchasing items from the shop, if they feel they can manage it. You will find a number of affiliates are quite happy not to maintain their EA status every month in favour of building a more stable structure to their

Well first off you got to have active people coming to SFI daily to do there daily task so they keep up todate what is going on in SFI and then you tell them all what they need to do have a successful SFI business by going by the rules for success and they need to keep 1500 VP to be a EA.

To encourage my affiliates to set up a Standing Order, I would explain to them the benefits of having one. I would share my experience in the beginning of how I was able to benefit from having two Standing Orders--one for S-Builder Co-op and one for IAHBE. And because of the combined VPs, it has ensured I retain my EA ranking every month, while at the same time I was able to devote more time in exploring and learning about other aspects of SFI. I would also mention it in my personal messages, to

The order permamente is "very important" not only to reach a position, such as EA every month, but to do the business "bigger" and more "fruitful", give the example to your team to get an OP no matter the value of it, but to "have" an OP for business benefit. And do not forget that the example is "important". Everything you do or do not do will be "followed" by your team.

Naomi,
As most have said lead by example and I believe you have already done that so well done so far. Secondly explain the benefits e.g. For IAHBE Educating yourself in the art of marketing and have all the latest tools and information right at hand on the SFI sight without having to spend time scrolling through the Internet. Plus 1500 VP points to assist, in maintaining AE. Status every month. As an incentive to activate a SO you could offer some incentive as a monthly competition. Lastly

First, and most importantly you must do this yourself and lead by example. You can not encourage someone to do what you are not doing yourself. Once you explain to them that this is the key building block to success here they should understand. IF they do not do it then it is a good indication that they are not serious about their SFI business and you need to continue to enroll people who are in fact serious and focus on supporting those in your group who are performing on a serious level.
