Nice Question and even after seeing your question, I'm thinking off to conduct a contest to my teammates which I've never done...
Recently I've seen a contest mail from my Sponsor, telling that he will be assigning some PSA if they are achieving the EA... Which was really encouraging...
So I think, rather keeping all the PSA and Affiliates with us, we can think off reassigning some of them to our team mates so that they can effectively maintain some of them under their team....
So likewise, you can give them a target and if they are achieving that, then you can also think off reassigning some of your affiliates, PSAs to them which in turn will boost the morale of your team and build the efficiency of your own team...
Lets try thiis and implement the same in this New Year...
