In a contest that encourages every PSA or CSA to become EA, with Tcredits as rewards, those who are already EA feel left out and complain. So as a leader, you first need to determine who should take part and what kind of contest it should be. Make your contest such that it appeals to the affected PSAs or CSAs. In terms of rewards, I have seen that affiliates like Tcredits. This is because they can use them at PriceBenders auctions.
Other attractive contests include encouraging your PSAs or CSAs to sponsor new affiliates. Give the reward to the one who sponsors the highest number of affiliates in a given period. This type of contest appeals even to those who already EAs. After you have run one or two contests, you will be able to gauge the response of your team and decide what type of contests to run.
