I have had numerous contests and the one that seems to work the best is to
reward becoming an Executive Affiliate with 20 TCredits and PSA downline members.
The number of TCredits rewarded depends upon how many VP above 1500 the
affiliate earns, but the EA will receive at least 20 TCredits. The number of
PSA downline members will depend also on how many VP the affiliate accumulates.

I also give out free eBooks to everyone at least once a year in order to
reward people who login all the time.
