Having goals at your side serve as constant reminders of your motivational sources. They are the fuel which drive you forward and keep you going when the going gets tough.

For me, the goals i set is the number of my downline i want to turn to EA every month. When I set such targets in place, I become accountable toward delivering against it. Any business will have its MISSION and VISION.

MISSION is a goal for what the company wants to do.
VISION is the strategic planning on how to achieve the mission.

We apply Mission and Vision in our SFI business as per the following:

1) What is your Mission or Number 1 goal in SFI?
To retire early, to become wealthy, to increase standard of living and etc.

2) What is your Vision or target goal for this month?
Sponsor at least 50 affiliates, improve country ranking to top 10, achieve number 1 class ranking and so on.

Now, can you see why SFI added the Goal Tab?
It is meant for us to have our Mission and Vision in running our SFI business.

To achieve your number 1 goal, you will have to have plan and strategy.
SFI provided us with great guideline for us to follow through our Mission and Vision in SFI.

You can only put meaning to your SFI business by having these goals.
Your success in SFI will depends on your goals and how you going to achieve the goals.

Setting goals are important in every part of life, not only in SFI. For me, personally, goals help keep me focused and give me something to work towards. If I have nothing to strive for, I get lazy and unfocused and end up doing nothing.

The Daily VersaPoints Streak was a goal that is helping me stay successful in SFI. I have been a part of SFI since 2001 (Today is my 12th year anniversary at SFI!!) and I have never been able to stay focused enough to log in every day. Since the daily streak badge has been available, I have been striving to get it. It took me several weeks to get the first one (10 days), and I lost it once, but I am now at my 60 days and working toward my 90 days. I doubt I'd be where I am today without having that goal to keep me logging in each day! I am now BTL and actually enjoying logging in each day.

I think this is why setting goals are so important for any type of success, and it's really important for Success in SFI. I feel so good when I meet a goal, it is like a reward for all the hard work. I was very excited to log in today and see all the changes with goal setting. I am looking forward to seeing all of my goals say "CONGRATS! YOU DID IT!"

Generally, "He who aims at nothing will surely hit it." that is why it's important to set goals in SFI and in any other endeavor that we do.

There are several uses and advantages of setting Goals here at SFI.

1. It encourages you work more, and every effort you do here in SFI contributes to your success.

2. It help you find strategies for you not just to work hard but work smartly.

3. It serves as your guide and monitor where are you now in your SFI business.

4. It tell you where to improve and where you do best.

5. It gives you sense of accomplishment once you reach your goal one at a time.

One thing you should avoid in setting your goal is to set it too high that it become impossible for you to reach, nor too low that its effect in your success is negligible.

As you can read in many books, make your goals SMART - Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time bounded.

That is why I am very happy that now, in GOALS Tab it is specifically spelled out what would our goal be.

Hello to all,

In my opinion it is very important that you set Goals in life, in general, period.
Let alone having to set your Goals to be successful with your business here in SFI.

Now, The Goals that I have set for myself is not that hard. I write everything down so I have visual intention to achieve them. I was told that if you continue to see the list of your Goals that you want to happen, eventually it will happen. It might take a little time and hard work, of course. But you will eventually achieve all of them.

You have to have focus and determination that "Your Gols" are very important to you. And if you don't follow through your plans, Then failure is bound to happen.

The number 1 rule to achieving your Goals is to not make any excuses for yourself.

-Just go out there and do it.
-Put in all the time that you can possibly imagine
-Have faith in yourself that you are going into the right path
-If you get lost get back to where you left off again and start it from there
-Do meditation of what is on your list of "Goals" so that you can visualize them that it's coming along in the future.

These are the basic things I do to achieve my Goals. I do my practices also for my SFI Business. But overall, I apply them in my daily life. I think everyone should in order for them to succeed in the future.

Hope this simple advise helped every Affiliate in the World so that they "Don't ever give up".

In any business, setting goals is a must; short or long term. It is no different in SFI Business. To be successful in SFI, We set goals in order to:

1. know the TASKS needed to ACHIEVE the Goals

3. know the TIME when a TARGET is to be reached

It is only when we have set and have written our GOALS that we can highlight our achievement. Every achievement is a MILESTONE and every MILESTONE is our BENCHMARK on what to do next.

This is a question that we should all ask ourselves. This applies not just to earning income but also to nearly all aspects of our lives. Setting goals helps to address the following questions:

1. What do I want?
2. Why do I want it?
3. How I am going to get it?
4. What steps should I take to get there?
5. Do I have both short and long term plans?

It goes without saying that if you do not set yourself goals it is difficult to know where you are going and you can spend a vast amount of time drifting. It is not a bad idea to log on every day to your homepage but it is equally important that you have objectives and set yourself both short and long term plans. I have noticed that so many affiliates have joined my team and done extremely well in the first or two months. When they have achieved Executive Affiliate status, they ask me when they are going to get the commissions and when they see what they get, most of them give up. It is not what they were expecting. They were hoping to make a lot of money in a short time. Unfortunately, success also has rules and one cannot become a millionaire overnight. When we set goals we have to be realistic and also consider how much time or money we are willing to invest in developing our business. You have to walk before you can run and when you start running don’t run too fast as you may get hurt.
In summary setting goals is good for your business as you can always review your targets and see where improvements can be made or where you have been too optimistic.

Setting goals is so important because they represent a destination. Every business has a destination. Before you joint SFI you had something in mind to accomplish. Your goals will reflect what you want to accomplish.

Some goals may be just be to make some extra cash, in that you may focus on generating more TripleClicks referrals. Each time your referrals make a purchase, you receive a commission, and this will go on for life as long as you and they remain a member on TripleClicks.

Some goals may be to build a full business on the internet. In this you will have to focus in generating more SFI PSAs and build a strong team. Building a strong team is very important which means you have to build a personal relationship with your PSAs.

For example if you set a goal to reach 1000 VP/month, try to get 700(70%) through action point and 300(30%) on purchase. Involve more on activities like Answering questions on Ask SC, you may win best answer. Submit your daily draws entry every day, you may win VPs. Participate daily on all activities that could generate more VPs.

To conclude your goals should always reflect what you want to achieve and be realistic when setting them.
