In my opinion it should be done at long run as they have to understand the system fully.
I came here to earn money but not to spend. In my perception everyone joins here in the same Goal.
1. Give them atleast one month time to read all Launch pad, complete basics & internet lessons
2.Interact with them about their progress through Stream, Team mail & personal mail/phone
3.Ask them to support the first month CSAs awarded to them and get their feedback
4.Instruct them to post ads for sponsoring, TC members and increase their downline- Monitor their activity
5. Educate them to support their downline well and send them encouragements at regular interval ( Do not junk their mind and allow them to think on their own)
6. Share ideas to develop this business as per he internet lessons
7. Support them to become EA2 by transferring some Tcredits, Gift certificates to buy something
By doing the above, they will realize the value of SFI and they will learn how to support their downline like you(duplication)
Now- You dont need to tell them to fix up a standing order but they will do their own. If not, check out their affordability and advice them about the standing order
Remember to not to insist anyone
If you insist in the beginning, they will run away and you loose. Never ever do it.
