To set a proper goal for your self in SFI and in life generally the goal must have the following ingredients.
The goal must be "REAL"
1."R" REALISTIC:- set goals that can be meet with ease without wearing you out or throwing you overboard
2."E" ENCOURAGEMENT:- let there be an iota of inspiration in it that encourages you to go on even in the face of discouragement
3."A" ACHIEVABLE:- make sure your set goals are achievable not something from the moon
4."L" LONG TERM:- break the content of your goal over a period of time that way you take it one step at a time without breaking your neck.
