"Should I buy PSAs or learn how to sponsor them myself?"

I think this question is not the right question, the right question should have been

"Should I buy PSAs or learn how to recruit them myself?".

Either way if we buy our PSAs or recruit them ourselves we must sponsor and guide them to be successful members of SFI.

Good question ... My method at no cost to duplicate yourself is to advertise on facebook and twitter, but it is recommended that a blog and keep in touch on Skype.Spiegare and encourage them how it works and above all listen to their goals and refer to know challenges in giostrire. hope you liked!

Its my oppinion that is always better to learn how to sponsor them..because that way you are putting on paper you knowledge about sfi.Im thinking in my had, yes i have leard this leson,snd this ..i know alot,but when u create an add for affiliates than you really see where are you standing with your knowledge.Adds require te be creative ,to put something that will make somebody who reads interested about that text, if u dont know much about job than you cant be creative also.So why than to buy psa if u dont know how to lead them as u dont know much about sfi.

Well first to buy Psa's you must to know how to sponsor them...if you learn to be a great sponsor you will have a Sucessful team,many SFI got inactive Csa's and Psa's because most of them doesN't have a good Comunication with them...so my opinion is to learn how to be a great sponsor and comunicate with them strategies and tips to Sponsor...

Hello!

I believe we can only buy new PSAs after we learned to patronize the good we have it. After all, as we will give an example of leadership for the new, if all our Sponsored become desolate. For the divide our attention with many and we are unable to show a parameter, we will get into disrepute.
Of course it is not easy to fulfill this task. But if we can at least keep 30% of our assets sponsored, it will be a great help to our prestige in the face of future PSAs we acquire.

This is really a great question. I am still a little new to SFI and i have also been wondering the same thing.

I am really happy to see the many responses since they will also aid me in my decision, and from the looks of it I think i will stick with trying to sponsor my own and i would suggest you do the same.

Actually I have been trying to figure that out for myself too.

I personally feel that it is better to sponsor your own PSAs than to buy them because it's easier to connect with them. They know you and it's therefore, much easier to establish trust and help them with their business. Communication is way easier and works both ways.

I find that when I have bought PSAs, there is no communication to begin with. Or rather, it's one sided! :) whether the affiliate is from a country whose language is English or not.

I hope this helps you make a decision one way or the other.

This is a very good question. From experience I recommend you to do both, but it depends if you afford to spend some money on purchasing PSA or if you have time to advertise for free on classified sites, promote to friends and family etc.

I also recommend you to learn bidding in auctions (unless you already know this), and try to bid for 25 PSAs.

Either way you should keep in mind that "NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, at least half of your affiliates will NOT become successful." as it's displayed here: https://www.sfimg.com/Training/YourRole.

This is a matter of time and money.
If you have money but have little time available, I would say that you should buy PSAs.
If you have plenty of time but little money to invest, you should learn how to sponsor them yourself.
If you have a bit of both, which is surely the best of the options, you should buy some affiliates to accelerate the growth of your team, and learn how to sponsor Them yourself to get in the future, affiliated with fewer resources, and mainly teach yours affiliates how to get affiliates for their own means.

I think you should combine the two for starters. It all depends on how much time you have to study, move around and share you printed adds as well as speak to people about SFI. To ensure you continue to grow in SFI, applying the two will be your best bet for now, until you have mastered how to place the adds using the several marketing systems as detailed in the marketing menu of your SFI dash board.

Remember there are several training materials available on how to do this within SFI. You can also join the IAHBE for further materials on this.
