I tend to simplify things... so, I usually present the ECA program as a huge shopping mall which allows commercial sellers and companies of all kinds, from around the world, to market their products and services... I tell them that there's no cost to list their products and services and they can immediately begin taking advantage of the global exposure... quick, simple, no risk...
If the ECA prospect is in a way familiar with what it means to actually 'open a web shop' by themselves, they will certainly know that it is very time/money consuming so they will embrace this total win/win opportunity.
