As a Team Leader, you should be consistently sending your affiliates messages at least once a week. You need to show them that you are there for them and that you are committed to their success. By establishing close relationship to your affiliates, they will become attentive to your messages.
Good communication plays in a vital role in getting the attention of your downlines. Be prompt to answer their questions and also provide them additional information where to find answers available through SFI Tools and Resources.
In every message you send to your downlines, make a habit to include your leadership page link, so that they can find the latest updates about team’s goal, rewards/incentives, your recommendations, recognition of your team’s effort and achievements and your best tip. Take advantage of the Stream Posts by sending them encouragement and tips to help them move up.
With the time as your ally, reach out to them in their challenges and let them feel that you are real and committed to their success. If you have done this, then you have gained their trust and therefore get their attention not only in participating in your team’s contest but also committed to their success in achieving their primary goals upon joining SFI.
