Hi, the best advice is to treat the inactive CSA's just like your active CSA's. I treat them all the same. I send weekly team mail regardless of their activity. Continue to send out your weekly team mail to both your active and inactive CSA's, you never know when one or more of them will become active. It has happened to me more than once to have an inactive suddenly become active. Best Of Luck To All. :-)

I have received CSAs a couple of times, some work, some need encouraging.
E-mail them a couple of times a week.
Check their ledger, and recommend the actions they could take to qualify as EA in the next month.
Encourage them to contact you, tell them a little about yourself and your journey with SFI.
When they do start logging in regularly teach them duplication, and possibly re-assign a few affiliates to them.
All the best.

Unfortunately, most of the CSAs we get are totally inactive. Of course,I am sending them mails every week but Im not sure even if they check it. My CSAs have O VPs so they probably don't visit SFI and didn't put the address on the white list so it is possible that they don't receive these mails at all. Mine are all from different countries so I can't call them on the phone. The only thing I do is not to get upset and spend much time writing them when obviously they don't bother to read it, when you

It is a fact of life that not every CSA we receive will be active (just like not every PSA will be active).

I try to communicate with them on a regular basis and send personal follow up emails every month or two thereafter telling them I am still in SFI and my true story how it has taken months to get a decent pay from SFI, but it keeps growing. I let them know how I built my foundation and keep expanding it while offering words of encouragement that it's not too late for them to do the

That is why sfi make it so easy for you to drop in with the time more convenient to fit in your most profited way ,even if it's just collecting your daily versapiont .
Plus remember you can win prize an earn income by your daily effert it all depends on you being active .

They might be inactive but they are still in your team. I suggest that you take a good look at what they are doing to have their SFI business promoted. Maybe the sponsor they had before didn't support them. When they see a different sponsor who are willing to help them, they might take up the challenge to start doing their business again. Still give them recognition for what they do even if they do nothing. Be honest and true to them.

Hope this helps.

Well you can't really do anything that will make a great difference.

However you should try to get in touch with them using your CSA mailer and sending them a few "heads up" messages, giving them some advice about how to make their first steps in SFI and such.

Be persistent and send them those emails on regular basis. Maybe once you will "hit the spot" and get some of them to start being

Every week should send a message. Notify them of updates in the business, the success of the other members of the auctions and revenue opportunities through ECA, the revenue opportunities through advertising other ECA. I want you to know that I can always ask for help from me. I think that the message of encouragement and support should be sent each week. When they were ready to work, they will know that they have the support of a co-sponsor.

Dear Keith and my SFI family,

what i have learned here in all the great training is to work with the workers. Focus on the active members on your team. But make a newsletter every week where you send incentives, support and explain how to work on our business where you include what is working for you. And there you send it to all of your team including the inative. That is what i believe is working smart. Lets go and grow all of our teams in the new year of 2014.

Best regards

It is a common question Keith Stieneke,

Most of us receive CSA's who are inactive and sometimes active CSA's.
It's not a matter just motivate both your PSA's and CSA's who are active or inactive.
You should not know when they become active.

If you really need to make them active you can directly contact them by calling and sending direct mail to their mail id's and ask them if they understand all the program's which is easy and simple to follow and get paid from it.
