Costantly send them Team Mails via the seperated CSA mailer, make them know who you are, and never ever give up on them, as they will contribute to generating significant, ongoing, residual income for us, after some time, a day will come when they will realize the potential of SFI, and get started moving forward.

I hope this answer that I am about to give does NOT sound sarcastic, but I believe you do the same thing that you normally do when you receive inactive PSA's - and that is work, work, work!!!

There is a tendency to feel cheated or believe that you are not accomplishing anything, but I assure you, it will eventually happen. Remain focused, remain active, remain vibrant!

About what to do when you receive inactive CSAs?

It is however the role of their sponsors to keep them active while you serve as a support to keep them going.

At your part..the role to play is nothing more than using mailer to reach them as you bear in mind that you must not force them to become active.

You also need to admit that inactive PSAs or CSAs is a familiar experience in SFI..it is just part of the rough road to success. Take it the way it comes and ride

I make contact with all my team, PSAs, CSAs, whether active or not. I send team mails to everyone on my Genealogy list because I never know when one of them may decide to take their business seriously and really go to work. Or a need may arise in their life that motivates them to get going in their business. I view everyone as a potential success,
and if they succeed I know I will succeed also.

Honestly, there's nothing much you can do than to be sending periodic mails that dwell mostly on important things like the benefits they will derive from SFI. But I can assure you, we will continue to have handful of CSAs or PSAs that will remain inactive in our team. As the adadge says, you can only forca a horse to the river but you cannot force him to drink. You can only hope one day, they will wake up to your calls. I wish us all success.

Inactive ECA’s are very common in SFI. I have got 12 Inactive ECA’s out of 13. Here are few steps that you should start hoping that they will become active-
Start Contests on your leadership page and don’t forget to drop team emails and messages on their personal Email Ids.
Tell them about your achievements and get in personal touch with them by sending some encouraging mails.
Let the ECA’s know that you are there and ask if they need any help from you.

When I received inactive CSAs I will sent them a welcome message and welcoming them to their new home and give words of encouragement.
1. Motivate, give some tips on how to earn versa points maintain EA status and what are the benefit when they become EA and further advance to team leader.
2. Advise them to participate in the Daily Grand Draw which they need to click on the WIN IT tab bar & T-Time Hourly Draw in the Tripleclicks the Game tab bar.

There are more inactive affiliates (PSAs & CSAs) in sfi.But this is not mean that they always will be inactive they may be active in few days or in future. We should always doing the work from which they attrack for action in sfi just like if they work then you'll give them gift in the form of Tcredits or just like this and also tell them about benefits of Tcredits,PSAs etc from these they'll be attrack for action and thus you'll get active them..

This happens a lot, almost to everyone. You should give it a try to convince the CSAs that this is the right place to invest their time and effort and it won't go wasted for sure. Who knows they might try it and get attracted by SFI. If they don't respond to you after some try then leave them be. Its better to spend your time in those who are really into SFI than to those who don't even wanna know what it is.
