I have heard about Team Leaders with groups numbering in the tens of thousands! What do they do differently to build such a huge downline?

I'm fortunate and blessed to be one of those TLs. SFI is a team business which means that no one individual is responsible for a "huge" downline. However, there's a few things you can do to position yourself to have such a business...

1) I strongly recommend you focus on learning to generate and convert your own leads. Your ability to build lead systems will greatly increase your chances of building a business with tens of thousands of Affiliates.

2) Co-oping with

How should I advise my ECAs on which products they should sell and what prices they should charge?

I would not recommend this as part of your SFI business building strategy unless you're some type of professional consultant. There's only so many hours in the day so focus on the 80/20 rule to grow your business as fast as possible. Do the things that produce the best bottom-line results in the shortest period of time.

The fact is that prospective ECAs should have an established business with products already competing in the market place. Your responsibility is to show them the BENEFITS

First of all... It's important to understand that you must balance your time between helping those who want to help themselves and prospecting for new Affiliates. Use the 80/20 rule (google it) to help guide you in managing your time and other resources. You're looking for 5 Team Leaders minimum that are willing to also go through the process of finding their 5 Team Leaders. You want Affiliates who are willing to take personal responsibility for their current situation. After decades of making a

My recommendation would be to focus on:

1) Put 80% of your time and resources into your lead system.

2) Produce as much VP as you can each and every month. Focus on your daily and monthly tasks. Max out every VP option you have!

3) Purchase everything you can personally justify from TripleClicks. For example shift your monthly purchases from all other sources to TripleClicks.

4) Extra Credit: Put some time and resources into the Price Benders auctions with

How can I enroll 100+ PSAs a day with a modest budget?

If you have a modest budget, to begin with, this will require that you start where you're at and build to the point of producing 100+ PSAs per day. The way you do this is to devote 80% of your time and resources to building, testing and then expanding your lead system.

The key strategy you need to learn about is called "pyramiding your profits". The idea is that you continue to invest your profits into your productive marketing efforts until you reach the point that you're producing

Above all else, what is the ONE THING that has made the difference for you in succeeding with SFI?

The "ONE THING" that has made a difference in my success with SFI would be creating "LEAD SYSTEMS".

After having earned a full-time income with SFI for over a decade (since 2000) I would recommend focusing on producing and then converting leads to Affiliates (lead systems). If you give yourself enough time you will have a team of Affiliates from every country in the world and the sun will never set on your business!

The benefits to "you" would be:

What is the benefit of buying an S-Builder Co-op unit vs buying an upline member's co-op unit?

The S-Builder Co-op pools the collected funds and then invests those funds into the advertising process. There's no guaranteed results! If you're considering a Co-op that guarantees a certain number of Affiliates you risk that most of your leads will not be demographically suitable for your SFI business. I'm trying to put this nicely!

If your upline Team Leader has a Co-op that is producing good results then there's nothing wrong with TESTING their system. You can test other sources while

Building your SFI business on a tight budget will require long-term patience and focus. The process will take time!

The most important word that you need to understand is leverage. You need to get your business to the point that it grows no matter what you do or don't do! The most effective, long-term, way to accomplish this is through sponsoring PSAs.

1) Login to SFI everyday and go through your "to-do list". Earn all of the VP that you can! Qualify your position

What is the best way to explain either to a prospect or a new affiliate the relationship between SFI and Tripleclicks or Pricebenders?

I keep it simple and state that "SFI is the business opportunity and TripleClicks is our store".

There's an old saying in marketing that "features tell but benefits sell". You would want to follow your simple statement with some BENEFIT statements. For example if you state how long SFI has been in business that's a feature, BUT if you state that being in business for so long indicates reliability that's a benefit. What does a certain feature "mean" for your

I started working full-time, as a home-based marketer, on December 7th 1992. My experience these past 21 years with "Why is creating duplication in your SFI business important?" would be:

1) Financial Freedom: duplication creates financial freedom.

2) Time Freedom: duplication creates time freedom.

3) Location Freedom: duplication creates location freedom.

My "personal" experience has been that the most important benefit from duplication
