When and how should I start preparing for my retirement from SFI?

Well, the short answer is NEVER.

The beauty of SFI is that we can keep operating our SFI business until the day we die or our health becomes such that it is impossible for us to continue. At which time our SFI business will become an asset in our estate that we can pass on to our children or someone else to continue.

But the great thing about this question is that it encourages us to think long-term.

What’s the best way to get someone interested in becoming a SFI affiliate?

This is something we all struggle with. I think the most effective way is to focus on the need of the person you are trying to recruit. No one is going to want to become a SFI affiliate until they can see that it will help them get where they would like to go. So your initial approach should be to ask questions and find out what your prospect is concerned about. Then you can show them how SFI may help them achieve

I suggest you just do “more of the same” as what you have been doing to promote TripleClick products during the year.

But, of course, the Christmas and New Year holiday and gift-giving season presents a “bonanza” for SFI affiliates to do some really specific targeted marketing.

The following is just a suggestion of how you may be able to do this,

To answer this question we must understand the SFI system. To succeed in SFI we should be following The Plan (see: - https://www.sfimg.com/the_plan).

We also need to understand how SFI works. We need to understand the Compensation Plan (see: - https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/CompPlan), the benefits of Rank (see: - https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/ComparisonChart) and the rules around how we earn and are paid our commissions

I really value my CSAs. In fact I have strived to be a team leader each month I have been in SFI so that I can get a share of the “second home CSAs”. And now, with the “CSA rewards program” I can earn even more FREE CSAs each month (last month I earned another 17 CSAs in this way.) So I have more CSAs than PSAs and more

What can/should I do differently in 2016 to see that my affiliates become active in SFI?

I can’t “see” (or make) my affiliates become active in SFI. That is their personal choice. But perhaps if I change a few things I might make it harder for them not to become active.

So, I am trying to make myself (and hence SFI) more real to them. I want them to realize that I am a real person, just an ordinary bloke, just like them, and that SFII is for “us ordinary people”. In

How can I learn to be a good Team Leader for my group?

I think to some extent you learn as you go. That’s probably the best way to describe what I do. As the leader of my group I am like a coach and mentor to them. But being a SFI team leader is more than that because I am also a working SFI affiliate. So there are two aspects to this.

1. Me, as an active SFI businessperson.

Like any other SFI affiliate I work my SFI business too. So I “lead from the front”.

What’s a great welcome gift for new PSAs and CSAs?

I think a great welcome gift for new PSAs and CSAs is anything that will help do the following: -

1. Increases their faith that SFI is a real business,
2. Reassures them that they can grow their own successful SFI business,
3. Lets them know that they have a dynamic leader (you), and
4. That they are joining a great team that offers ongoing training and support,
5. Encourages them to get started, and
6. Gives

How do you explain to team members why VersaPoints appear to reset to zero at the start of each month?

There seems to be a lot of complicated answers given to this question? But it is really very simple. I’m surprised the question has even been asked.

Perhaps the confusion in people’s minds is because we are talking about “VersaPoints” – that’s not a word used anywhere else (that I know of) except in SFI – so people are not familiar with it.

So, what

What are the big picture things you are doing to make your SFI business a success?

We are talking “broad strokes” here so I won’t go into detail but I think we need to be doing two main things: -

1. We need to understand how SFI works, its system, its structure, its innovations, its infrastructure, its products and services and we need to actively embrace these.

SFI has given us a free platform for our business. We need to be using each aspect of this as best
