Now that I have been in SFI for over 10 months, I am able to reply to this fairly easily because I have embraced SFI as my business and I am passionate about working it long term. I will therefore draw up references from being in a position where I can make a clear judgement of what my role is. I hope you can identify with my experiences.

My role in SFI comes in many forms depending on what aspect of the business I am handling.

Many people have significant distress when they have to talk about a topic to a stranger. Some find it an even more gigantic task talking to a group but in both cases if you keep in mind these basics, you should have no problem with a one on one approach.

1. I have found with experience that if you know your subject well, you can ease your way into a conversation without any difficulty. This product knowledge (SFI) helps boost your confidence as you take the prospect across the various

Taking initiative is one of the requirements I expect my prospects to have. This is very important because it trains the affiliates to find solutions for such difficulties or constraints If you step in to help them out at this starting junction of their business, they will not work independently. It will be a lesson in itself to know which affiliate will work well under minimum guidance and I believe you should develop this characteristic in all your affiliates.

I'm an ECA wanting to sell my products internationally. How do I determine how much to charge for shipping to other countries that is fair to both me and my customers?

Shipping internationally is one of the major concerns for all ECAs because it raises these issues:-

a). The overall prices of the product increases with shipment to various overseas destinations
b). Shipping costs (high) deter buyers especially if the ECA is outside their geographical region
c). The above two has a negative impact on the sales of an ECA.

It is therefore advisable to first check out the shipping charges that are levied for various international locations.

The support of your family in SFI is as essential as it is important. They collectively or individually bring in a perspective that is very useful to your business if it was conducted offline or online.

We must appreciate that with SFI where the income projections are not clear cut (your family will not understand your income calculator when they are used to seeing income figures through a profit and loss account. You will need to spend some time explaining this to them. If you are

Everything we take up to accomplish or achieve requires communication skills. Whether these skills promote your verbal or non verbal skills to say what you want to effectively is the key to your successful phone response. This can be applied to both a phone call or when you come in physical contact.

You want to create an enthusiastic approach from your prospects, family and/or friends so that they can listen to you and react positively. That is the essence of a good script. How about

MRP - member reward points are literally a reward to affiliates who may purchase a product from TripleClicks or play in a game or participate in the auctions.

They are a means to enable you to either utilize them to purchase products you may need for your personal consumption and this can be done by converting them to the equivalent value of the product you wish to purchase. Keeping in mind that you will have to accumulate them to make maximum use of the MRPs, the easiest way is to convert

There is already a strong culture of saying in SFI that "lead by example" and this is very appropriate in this case. When will your downlines feel confident of purchasing from TripleClicks when you as an upline shares your experiences with them. It is not necessarily so that all the downlines will wait for you to guide them before they try out a purchase. Some are very independent and will try out a small purchase before they embark on being actively involved on the site. Before you

Before I answer your question, I would like to say that it is not so much as what you say but how you say it that will have an impact in your communications with your team members. Keep that in mind.

You need to understand that your emails or chat discussions or whatever you choose as a means of communication must have a positive feedback; that is to get your team members to progress in the right direction and become active if they are not.

Should I prospect people to become affiliates only from my own country...or from everywhere?

I would strongly recommend that you first start prospecting within your own country/region before you go outside. There are many advantages for doing so.

1. There is better communication-you will be able to project your views about SFI in a much faster way, simply and more efficiently as you have the advantage of explaining in a common language;

2. It is easier to meet face to face to alleviate any doubts about whether this is a genuine enterprise or not. Many affiliates
