Remind the new Affiliate to pace themselves, and take baby steps.

By monitoring their Ledger we can see how much progress is made. Slowly pointing out those areas bit by bit will keep from overwhelming a new Affiliate.

Copy and paste one or two of these areas which were missed at a time, and offering a tip via an E card, or by sending an email pointing out these areas can also help.

Include in our mailings to ask questions, or add suggestions. This will help determine how much information to share at once after the person responds.

Do not rush a new Affiliate. Have them keep in touch with you often, this will also give chance to encourage.

When we receive notice from SFI a new Affiliate has joined our teams, rest assured that Affiliate whether PSA or CSA already has the opportunity to see our performance. Our profile shouts out to them whether we are active Leaders or not.

We do not frustrate ourselves over the participation, or lack of participation of those we sign up, we also can look at their performance, and view their activity on their profile snapshots.

Our concentration is focused on the performance of those who demonstrate seriousness like we as Team Builders demonstrate.

Why would we frustrate ourselves over something when we have already experienced what it takes to become successful?

We realize what it takes to gain momentum, it does not take a New Affiliate long to figure out what it takes. This will motivate others who see our profile, and discourage some due to the realization it takes work.

When it is realized how hard the Sponsor is working, a newcomer must make that determination whether this business is for them or not. This is why it is important for us to state our expectations early on in our presenting this SFI business to potential Affiliates whether online or offline.

Ask the right questions, get the right answers.

1) Are you able to spend 4 - 8 hours every day working this business?
2) Do you own your own computer, and if not will you have access to one every day?
3) Are you a computer savvy person, or will you need help when it comes to computers?

These are the main questions which cause inactivity. We cant always determine a person to be lazy. Include the 3 situations combined, what do we think will be the outcome if the answer to all of these questions is; "No?"

We beat on a dead horse here friends.

If the answer is no in any of those areas, a newcomer will look at our profiles and say whoa!

I know I can't put in that much time! These people are serious here!

It will take me too long to earn all of those badges, how much money will I make, or how long will it take me to even earn a income?

These are common reactions for those who have to answer no to those 3 initial questions.

On the other hand, The person who can answer; "Yes!" I fit all 3 categories, I can do this!

"What are 5-10 top statements I can provide to prospects to convince them that they should join SFI?"

First of all we do not have to seek out ways to convince anyone to join SFI. What we are about is seeking those who are also seeking a way to earn income.

The first statement would be in the form of a question. Are you really seriously considering a business opportunity that will pay you while you learn online?

This means you need to have available access to a computer, or Smartphone.

You will also need to be dedicated to this business opportunity, and be available for work every day. This is not difficult because most of us live at home, or with a friend or relative, but can also show indications that the computer might be shared with someone.

We are about building and establishing relationships. The question asked here indicates one is attempting to take a shortcut, trying to convince someone which leaves the door open for debate.

Our statement should always lead the potential customer or Affiliate the opportunity to make the decision on their own. This is an ongoing practice which will take time. Learn about the expectations, immediate needs, and concerns of the person if one on one.

If promoting to a large audience this process will take a different turn. How would you convince a large audience? One statement would be in the form of an ad in the classifieds, writing a press release, or article, or placing an ad on our website or blog, social media site, and sending an email to one after they request information from us.

What you want to do is make short descriptive sentences, and catchy phrases, yet this is not an assurance you will convince your audience. As stated above seeking out shortcuts to promote SFI is not the suggested way to go about it, as these result in the same response we get from any other source of propaganda.

This may lead to not being exactly honest, or providing misleading information due to the desire to earn the experience of enrolling a new affiliate, or gaining a new customer. Try to put the shoe on the other foot.

How do you react when approached in this manner?

Did the salesperson make you feel as you were desperate?

Did your emotions stir in the wrong direction intended?

Is the pitch sounding somewhat familiar to what you have heard too many others use?

I much more prefer to go about this business one on one.

Lead the conversation, but always keep your candidate in charge of the conversation in effort to incite the decision from the candidate. You are not in business to force one into deciding by being convincing. If this is what you are doing, you are not in the 21st Century.

For example on Facebook one on one:

Candidate:
I am poor men. I am search money to my business no body helps to me.

SFI Affiliate:
Why don't you think about how interested you would be working online with me first?
I do not share this information with everyone. First you must demonstrate your ability to keep up with me here online.

Candidate:
Oh k.

Affiliate:
If you think you are ready to keep up with me, asking questions when you have them, or just offer your suggestion to me, I will consider you as a serious candidate for this opportunity.
You see many say they are ready, but when they realize it takes work they drop out, or become inactive.

Let me know if you would be ready to commit 4 - 8 hours a day, I will share with you how we do this business.

Getting organized is the most important step we can take to achieving our goals, and realizing success. It has been said; "Small actions repeated consistently over time creates success!"

Without a vision for future goals, and a road-map of set goals in place, we are just hitting and missing, and as some put it, "getting lucky" once in a while.

Business is not about getting lucky. Most successful business owners have developed a plan over a time-line of successful results. All of the added gains result from our plans being set in stone, and being there when others blessings or advancements arise.

I do not specialize in acronyms to grow the business or share the business with prospective Affiliates and Customers. These are well covered in our pathway to success in the "Rules of Success", "Getting Started", "SFI Basics", and the "Launchpad" lessons provided by the founder of SFI.

I do have confidence if these four training aids are utilized as suggested, those habits listed below will help any serious entrepreneur find their own route to success whether they have an active "Sponsors" or not.

It depends entirely on how, and when we become serious about our own SFI business.

• First off, schedule your time for at least 4 - 8 hours online every day.
• Select a time when you know you will have the least interruptions.
• Develop consistent actions known to be necessary accomplishments every day.
• Select products from "TripleClicks" known to deliver a profitable return on investment.


1. Establish a budget.

2. Create a "Wishlist" of "Team Building" products selected for growing our business.

3. From the "Wishlist" select a attainable "Standing Order."

4. Establish a budget to increase the "Standing Order" by adding more products over time.

5. Begin sharing the increase in profits with "Team Affiliates."

6. Invest all earnings back into the business until profits begin to exceed standard investment.

7. Begin sharing "New PSA Members" with active members on your Team by reassigning.

8. Keep up with new SFI developments and improvements along with adjustments and changes.

9. Use the "Daily Actions" to best advantage for "Team Building."

First a goal must be establish which can be visualized mentally. This is where our focus begins, which also gives us vision toward the direction of our goal.

Become successful?

Get out of debt?

These are really vague questions. We must be much more specific than this.

Since we do have certain customs that will vary in different regions, yes, we do need to be aware of these diversities when approaching new ECAs abroad.

From my own experiences there are certain holidays and celebrations that are not recognized by everyone, and will vary from country to country. We must also be aware of customs and celebrations that are recognized or honored.

In consideration of these facts, we must use caution. There are also certain colors that are not acceptable for some customers in certain regions, and will be taken offensively if these colors are used in print.

Images that are acceptable in one country will be unacceptable in another.

Religious figures and ornaments may not be so friendly from country to country, or in considering faith, may not be recognized or acceptable as in others.

Traditional artifacts and products that represent certain traditions may not always go well on a global scale.

With just these few instances we can see plainly how we approach prospective ECAs in other countries will depend largely on how we plan to present these products and services. It would be to our advantage to do our homework before selection of ECAs, and consider first how acceptable the products will be on a broader scope before advertising or making the product or service selection.
