"To build a successful SFI business, how much should I rely on my sponsor?"

You will find that relying on the promise to succeed given to yourself will be much more valueable for you.

A Sponsor is there for your assistance to support your endeavors promoting this SFI business whether you decide to advertise online or offline.

What you will find here is many times we have New Affiliates who join us, and do not have access to a sponsor for various reasons.

How do we overcome this?

We just decide for ourselves we are going to become successful with the business whether we have a sponsor who is reliable or not. What if the sponsor has another idea regarding marketing the business?

What will work for that sponsor may not be something you have the ability to accomplish, and you may just have some other capabilities your sponsor is not familiar with.

That is not something we worry over. We have access to so many well seasoned Affiliates who regularly post on the SFI Forum, the ASK SC platform has the same capabilities, and working with your upline may also be a great option.

Considering you are logging in each day, completing all of the requirements on the To-Do List, you have completed the Getting Started, SFI Basics, and Launchpad, there is much information there which is very supportive for success.

The SFI Help Support is also great for seeking assistance.

So how much can you rely on your sponsor?

You can rely on your sponsor to have those answers for you if that sponsor is an Awesome Leader. Look at the progress indicated on the badge column. This will tell you how reliable your sponsor is. If your sponsor responds to all of your email, consider you have a reliable sponsor.

Is your sponsor showing many missed days of inactivity?

Your best bet is to seek out those options listed above, and trust in and rely on your ambition, your own dedication, and persistence to pay off.

Do not ever fall into the trap of accusing your sponsor for your failures. We all have failures, barriers, and setbacks, but we do persist to continue on with our goals.

Speaking of goals, we must focus on these until we have positioned ourselves for success.

A sponsor is great to have if they can be relied on, but do not short change yourself, or underestimate the many areas we have here provided for us through SFI Training.

Question:
"How important is it that your family embrace your SFI business...and what if they don't?"


This is a very serious question. First of all you want your family to be just as serious as you are before sharing valuable information about SFI. You also want to avoid wasting valuable time.

Here is my own experience. Pitching any online business opportunity takes skill. Of course we have the experience, and we know this business has many rewards, but just because we think SFI is the greatest business opportunity around does not mean this is going to be easy sharing with family members.

There were times I attempted this selling to family, and immediately, the first question asked is; "Are you making any money!" The second question; "how much money are you making?" The reason the exclamation is used is to show this is not really a question from themselves, it is a well rehearsed question everyone shouts out at us when we attempt to pitch this business.

Most of my family and friends I have already realize my online activity. They see the amount of hours spent online from my ads. When they visit me I'm working online. I do not pitch this business to them. I wait for them to recognize something posted, and for their comment or question regarding the product. I wait for them to look at my screen when they come over, and ask about something they see me doing.

I'm looking for the seriously seeking, interested in doing the business. I have been doing this for quite some time. All of them are waiting to see my performance improve and support my efforts. Those who are considering to join, and have indicated they are interested in joining will know when things pick up for me. I wait for the moment to share.

Expressing to them how exciting the business is, and how we have the opportunity to play the games may get their attention for a moment, but they will include the ability to play games via social media and other gaming sites.

This is not good enough. Let them wait and see. I treat my family and friends no different than those strangers I now nothing about. I don't waste time with my family either trying to persuade and convince. I look for indicators and act on those which show immediate interests to leverage on.

I stick to the same initial questions, because I realize if they do not fit the first few questions I'm wasting my time. We all know how it feels to spend hours, days, months to get a person to sign and join us, then after the first week they find out this is not a fast money business and remain inactive. Family is no different my friend.

Be patient. You do not want that reputation as being a harassment to family and friends, and will certainly turn them off by harassing them.

What I do is share with them something like; "I would be excited to go out with you, but I'm in the middle of my enrolls and have 30 more New Affiliates to enroll" They will say something like; Wow! you did this in one day?" This is an opportunity. They next question is; "How do you get so many in one day?

Sharing the experiences when we win, or make important progress along the way along with the high points toward our success is best, but only in a tactful tasteful manner. We do not want them to feel like items on a shelf.

I will admit family and friends are the most difficult and most critical to work with. We have to consider their value to us as professional as we would the stranger. We must disqualify them to realize their qualifications.

This takes skill.

Ask the right questions, wait for the right answers; "Are you ready to spend 4 - 8 hours everyday?" This will certainly let you know if you have a serious candidate or not, and help save time.

There is no clear-cut way to accomplish this even if others attempt to convince you there is. Timing is crucial. We must be tactful, with consideration of how we would prefer to be approached, and then sometimes this is not good enough.

There is no business opportunity worth losing the respect of family and friends. Just remember how we would feel if one of our family members or friends got in our face trying to convince of the best opportunity in town.

Very good question!

I think a person should aim for whatever goal they have in mind if the focus is seriously toward establishing a team.

We may not start out with a team initially, but looking forward we do expect to accumulate enough Affiliates to create an active team. This means we must show our prospective team we have leadership qualities by setting an example for them to follow.

In saying this we learn all we can during this period and develop a strong presence on our profile where our new enrolls will see our activity as we progress. Our Leadership Blog will also demonstrate to our prospective team leaders and affiliate members we have developed our own potential enough to qualify as their leader.

If we promote our "Join My Team" URL those potential team members will also see for themselves we have leadership capabilities before they themselves actually join.

To directly answer this question, it is my own personal opinion we should not expect any effort we have not prepared for. Prepare to become a strong Team Leader in advance, our badges will show our worth, and when that time arrives, which will soon happen, we can have something to share with our team members which demonstrate to them we possess leadership qualities.

So yes, go for it!

Expect to become a team leader soon, do your own homework, learn all you can.

Question:
"If you were to start over with SFI, what would you do differently, knowing what you do now about this business?"

When thinking about doing this business differently, I can't help but remember how excited I was, and how I wanted to quickly learn the business. I completed Launchpad in one setting, Rules of Success in two days, and watched the video for "Getting Started".

I then began skimming and skipping around and like I had heard did myself a huge disfavor. If it had not been for the hints, tips, and alerts, I would probably still be at a huge disadvantage.

What I would do differently looking back, is to pace myself, learn in a more organized manner, and not skip around. I did regret not making "Fast Track" early on, but now that I look back and see what I was doing, deserved missing that opportunity at that time.

Now that I have established a budget, I would have done this sooner by developing my "Wishlist" much sooner, but kept putting this off because I had no concept of TripleClicks products or which to promote.

I would have used the search windows at the Affiliate Center and TripleClicks more often.

These search windows would have taught me where to find information I needed.

Then lastly, I would have asked my Sponsor what to focus on much earlier, and what was the immediate goal.

After I found out where to focus, and our immediate goal the business concept came into view automatically.

This is a very good question, as there are many different circumstances to consider.

1) Time spent on "Daily Tasks"

2) Experience Navigating Online

Everyone will not have the same capabilities. Some will need more support than others.

For the newly joined Affiliate I would suggest to them to keep it simple, not to concern themselves with this the first month, and concentrate more on the "SFI Basics", "Getting Started", and the "Launchpad"

What I have suggested to those new Affiliates who ask questions is to just copy and paste the "GoClick" sharing URL into their email and social media sites,and just share these TripleClicks products with their audiences online.

A person who has more experience marketing the business, and has accomplished more rank would have the ability to spend more time, as there is much information to absorb. We do not want to overwhelm our New Affiliates with too much responsibilities.

It is suggested they concentrate on learning basic structure and concept of the business first, completing the "Daily Tasks" on the "To-Do List" along with other information provided on the menu at our "Affiliate Center" and become proficient with those items first.

This will prepare them for what is required to become more proficient with the "Wave 3 Program" as much which is required to adequately perform with the Wave 3 program will be covered completing the Daily Tasks on the To-Do List.

Advise them to cover this in small bits, just like Mr. Carson suggests on the "SFI Rules of Success", and prevent being overwhelmed by information overload.

I would think this to be the best approach, as the Wave 3 Program covers quite a bit of information, which would impede the growth of our "Team Building" goals and strategies.

There are many actions to focus on like you said.

From my own experience it is more likely we should focus on all of the VersaPoints we can, and the various ways we are able to earn them.

What would be considered mostly, is the "To-Do List" what we also call our "Daily and Weekly Actions". and some also have referred to these as "Action Points".

A newly joined Affiliate will have a greater chance accumulating these points, and also there is a greater chance they will be missed. To be sure not to miss these points, we advise those new members to pace themselves and step by step complete each of the tasks in order. This way they will be less likely to be missed.

There are also "Alerts" and "Tips", along with many hyper-linked words and phrases which lead to more VersaPoints. VersaPoints have also been collected by following the "Training" exercises, "FAQ",and "Solutions" and have many times been collected just by follow through the click on "HERE" hyperlink and following those instructions.

Many of us when newly joined will overlook these options because we are so excited and ready to earn income as quickly as we can.

In conclusion, each of these options when used or followed help us accumulate points. It is very difficult to say which one is over the other because they are all very important collectively.

Remind them to keep in touch, provide incentives such as rewards, and demonstrate to them leadership capabilities while setting an example using the tools provided at our affiliate center.

Try to remain far enough ahead as a leader to be ready and prepared to provide support directly, and know where to direct them.

We are Team Builders who expect to sponsor Affiliates as they join our immediate teams.

Our focus as Sponsors is on building our teams. As we grow our Teams, we also grow our income. We re-invest our income back into the business to increase profit.

We develop our advertising budget according to our Wish List and use our Wish List to select products which support growth in income and for developing our SFI Team Building strategy.

We purchase products and services from our TripleClicks store as we grow the business, and as we are able to afford. This strategy is shared with our Team Affiliates for duplication purposes.

First and foremost: Be a friend! And be a mentor!

SFI’s job is to provide the infrastructure for building your business. YOUR JOB, as a sponsor (or a co-sponsor) to those individuals in your team, is to provide the personal, one-on-one relationships so vital to your home-business success.

Make sure every AFFILIATE you sponsor has checked out the actions outlined in the To-Do List at their SFI homepage. Assist them as they proceed through these steps!

Make sure their questions are answered. GETTING STARTED IS THE HARDEST PART OF ANY JOURNEY. Our job as a sponsor or a co-sponsor is to be available to our team members. Make sure that we are there to offer friendly guidance and support in a timely manner as our personally sponsored affiliates (PSAs) start out on their journey.

Note! NO MATTER WHAT WE DO, at least half of our affiliates will NOT become successful.

This is not a reflection of us or SFI. It’s just the hard, cold reality that most people will not make the commitment and do the work necessary to succeed. Accept and acknowledge this.

ALL WE CAN DO IS GIVE PEOPLE A TRACK TO RUN ON. WE CANNOT, HOWEVER, DRAG THEM ACROSS THE FINISH LINE!! They have to want it.

In short, we support our affiliates, be there for them as much as we can (especially at the start), but don’t waste time trying to get people to do something who clearly aren’t motivated.

Instead, and this is VERY IMPORTANT—when we identify someone on our team who IS motivated, someone who IS willing to learn and apply themselves to achieve success,

The best strategy for attracting younger people is to find out where they hang out.

If this is too difficult, Facebook does a great job for us by creating a fan page.

It will cost to advertise this way, but at least we have the ability to get a glance of the audience we are targeting.

There we also can see exactly how many in our targeted audience by the demographics provided. This is an excellent way, and also the analytic tools provided help plan out our marketing strategy.

Google hangouts are also great places to seek a young audience It is just a matter of finding out their interests. It may take more effort, but once you capture their interest this can also be included as a great place to find young people.

You Tube is another place many young people gather.

It is now the question as how to connect with them.
Joining in the discussion groups where young users gather is another good place. Only drawback these are not considered good spots for advertising.

What they are great for is learning what young people are interested in.

Of all mentioned, Facebook would be the best place to seek younger audiences. There we do not have to worry about spam. It will cost an investment if we want to do it the right way.

Great question.

You know what to do. Just keep on filling the funnel. Send out your group mail, e-cards, and keep updating your leadership page along with your stream posts. You can also continue to email directly from your personal email address. The snapshot pop up also is a great way to keep your individual Affiliate informed.

While you are there have a look at their ledger. Determine how active they were, and the last date they logged in. See what areas they have been overlooking and remind them of the points they have missed.

Even copying and pasting those areas bit by bit, in Microsoft Word first before sending them out to these inactive individuals will help if they are not bombarded with all of the missed items at once. You can determine how many missed items to include per mailing by the communication response. Some will request them, but in most cases their individual link to their "Ledger" will be enough.

If they are missing many points, use these to send a reminding "Tip" regularly, or just include a few in each of your other messages.

Keep them all informed of incentive reward contest whether they respond or not. One day they will realize they have been missing out on your generous support.

Always close with an immediate simplified call to action.
