Let us first get some basic things clear.

Success is a Journey and not a destination.

However normally people assume that one is successful if he or she reaches some benchmark such as become a millionaire or gets a promotion. Actually these are the events that happened during the journey. The journey has highs and lows. We turn blind eye to lows but excessively give importance to the highs.

One should not compare the success of others. Because Their journey may have different cycles than your journey.

Now coming to my success in SFI... Greatest challenge was to overcome fear of failure. I want to give an example. I never had a dream that won an auction. In fact I had no ambition to win a particular product. How ever I wanted to win an auction and to show my team and others that in SFI people can really win auctions at cheap price and it is not a fake thing.

However I had fear that may be someone else has more money( T credits) than me so I will not win an auction.

I reminded myself that if I do not overcome my fear I will not be able to feel the joy of winning an auction at all.( I wanted to win without making an attempt to win!) . I knew that just having enough t credits does not ensure a win in an auction. In auction you need to have patience too. I need to decide when to put my bid and when to wait and watch and save my t credits.

Finally I won the auction . Before this auction I was determined to win but was ready to loose it too ( Here is the difference , I was ready to accept failure after trying). And I knew that if I do not make a courage to participate in auction I will never win.

So it was my fear of failure - my main challenge. And I accepted the fact that unless I play the game I cannot say whether I can loose or I can win. Sitting in the fence and watching others will not help me in what I want to achieve. Once I broke my fear I can proudly say that I was successful in reaching one goal post in the journey of SFI.

My greatest challenge with SFI was overcoming my second month SFI, I wanted to make EA2 and was short less than a 100 points to make EA again. I have the most awesome sponsor, who coached me and talked with me about what my next steps would be if I made EA2 and he gave me such encouragement and is so inspiring. I have not quit since that day. He also told me that a month's time was all I needed to get my SFI businesses going for me (after a little help from him). He was right. I am now in my 9th month with SFI (Silver Team Leader) and I am so grateful. The most important thing is to not quit on yourself or SFI. Read, ask questions, get help you will be happy you did. I wish everyone good luck with SFI. Everyone is different and we will all have different obstacles we will face with this, and we will all deal with it differently. I hope for the positive in everyone's situation and the outcome to be well for them.

My greatest challenge I have found is building my team. In order to overcome this, I started one month with a standing order for 125 TCredits. I was not yet aware of the S-Builder co-op being available for purchase using TCredits. Then one month I did some research on S-Builder to see how much just 1 unit would be? I figure if I can start with one unit, it will give me a good beginning. This is when I found that I could purchase S-Builder one unit for 160 TCredits! I wS ecstatic because I have a very strict budget and I really couldn't afford to add another amount of any kind to my current standing order. So I have been purchasing one unit of S-Builder Co-op ever since, and my team is building.

Now is where I began to get discouraged. Many of the new PSA's I was getting were what we call tire kickers. They sign up because they think they will get rich quick, then find out it takes some work on their part and it takes time, and they leave. Not opt out or anything just log out and never come back. I still keep in touch with each and everyone of them, I try to get them interested in building their business, but I can only do so much. I have to remind myself that it is nothing that I am doing wrong, they just are not ready. So I continue to work on my business and helping my team in every way possible.

"What was your greatest challenge to success in SFI...and how did you overcome it?"

one of my greatest challenges to my success with SFI, would be, being able to manage my time, or finding the time to log in everyday.

When I first started with SFI 6 months ago I was a stay at home mom, so I had the time during the day to work on SFI as the kids were in school, then about a month after Joining SFI, I was presented with another great job offer to work close to home, which I took to help support myself and my kids.

that’s when I started to find it hard to find the time to log in everyday.
I lost my E-365 spot, that’s when I wanted to give up.

By this time my kids were asking questions about SFI. Asking how it was going? asking me what my rank was? if I was still number 3? when was I going to be number 2? thanks to the second chance, I’m back in the E-365 contest,

Now we all have homework time, or quiet reading time, were I log in to SFI and do my red tabs, takes me about 45 min. (people with long answers in Ask SC, kids asking questions.)
but I make it threw it all. then after dinner when the kids go to bed I log back in and do my other reading and writing to my downline, post ads on a couple of sites.
so ya time management is my greatest challenge to overcome, but with my kids support, that's how I deal with my challenge here at SFI.

My greatest challenge to success has been finance.

In my first two months I barely made it to EA. I did not have the finances to afford a straight internet connection. I was only able to afford maybe a day's card each week. This hampered my progress as I missed out on the daily action points.

I went back to affiliate state after the second month. I still did not give up and I logged in whenever I could. After A while I was able to log in everyday because I had internet connection. I was not able to get back to EA status until about my seventh month. I was able to purchase some TCredits in order to get to some sales points which helped me to get to EA.

From that time I have maintained my EA status. Sometimes I use my commissions to assist me and other times I have to find other means. It is still a struggle to get to EA sometimes but with determination and dedication I hope to overcome this hurdle fully and also move up in rank.

Hello

Still being new with SFI, every day has been a challenge, having a downline, that is not working to expectations and sending out email after email, you actually being to wonder if they are getting these emails. You begin second guessing yourself and wondering if you have made the right choice.

So I take a deep breath and get hold of my Sponsor and upline, as well as my A2A friends, and ask them how they do it and just listen to how they struggled at the beginning too, and how some of them it has taken 2 to 3 three years to get where they are today. That has given me the encouragement to continue and never give up.

Than one day you get a worker and that changes your whole perspective to life and SFI in general. I believe in my motto "NEVER GIVE UP"..

I think my greatest challenge was to create for myself an action plan to get everything done that I felt important to my SFI business and then put that plan into motion. I am still tweaking it, btw. I now realize I can not complete everything in one day and have created myself a daily schedule, which of course is a flexible one non-the-less. The tasks I have to complete EVERYDAY include SFI daily, weekly, and monthly actions; respond to any correspondence on SFI site from upline. downline, & a2a. ; Visit TC to enter Zebra games. Then it's off to my personal e-mail accounts (I have 3). Then I place 1 FREE ad on-line. From there, it depends on the day of the week. Different days = different tasks. These include > dealing with my FREE safelist site (reading e-mails and then posting my own ads). Another day catching up my blog page. Yet another day, socializing with my ad community and renewing/placing ads there. One day is for SFI forum visits for sure. And now a day for working with my ECA store. Still yet another day is set for placing numerous on-line ads. And the 7th day is my fun day. I still complete my everyday tasks above but now I can spend time at Pricebenders (my fun/enjoyment)or in the forum (I really enjoy my time there). Being a work-from-home job, it sure can keep one busy.

When I joined SFI affiliate I found many problems. In the past I had a bad experience with other businesses Multilevel considered scams or similar things, and I stopped being active member of these multilevel .

Deep down I 've always been an entrepreneur , with little or no help from other members, but I think with this entrepreneurial spirit I've gotten some wins . It is this essentially what has motivated me to affiliate with SFI .
The master English has not been a major problem because many communications with business partners of the company are nil or very limited. The main program that give us to start the business is like our office. For handling and applicability has led me and is taking some time.

I managed to get the 11 V.P. day after two months and know the advantages of being EA and BCL working enough hours daily . During these months I have invested money in training, to better understand the business and be putting into action what I've learned .

The goal I have is to make money , not spend it, as I am doing now, what I intend is to have and create a good foundation of the business and get to know the marketing to sell products or myself Tripleclicks create products and sell them.

I think I have assimilated well what being a member of the ECA and have me Tconet Store , fiscal and economic benefits of these types of structures stores. I'll have to devote time and efforts to master these concepts and to get the most benefit.

Having kept the EA level and BCL 've gotten dozens of CSA, I have seen that some have developed their activity until they have completed the nearly 3000 VP giving the company to launch the business early . All that I have are currently inactive.

Once I send personal messages a week and on Sundays I send everyone a message. But still inactive. I am a member of IHABE , I have obtained two or three month PSA , which have begun to work the first few days but after a few days I have left and are now inactive.

I have read and I've been reading about how to be a sponsor in SFI , I have put into practice what they recommend but so far no positive results. You might say, " This is useless . Do not sell , I do not think downline, I'm a complete failure ."

That's what many people think , but I believe in my heart that I have to go , I have to find a way to sell not once but over and over again and not a customer but two , three, four and more. I have to get to find people who interest them and see a great future in SFI and create their own company.

All the money , time and effort I put into the business I give well spent , not only for the benefits that I know will you provide me but by knowledge and update on concepts such as computing social networking , internet, , social relations and language learning.

My success cannot be measured in money terms as yet. But it can certainly be measured by my tenacity and determination.

By the time I joined SFI my sponsor had already quit. (I didn't know it at the time!) I often feel like an orphan in SFI - no sponsor to guide me or enquire whether I am at least coping with the info. What I have learnt and the knowledge I have gained is only by my decision not to quit. Slowly but surely the picture is falling into place, one puzzle piece at a time.

I have to yet build a team, but while I am gaining the knowledge and learning to acquire my time to do that, I enjoy conversing with my a2a friends.

Success is a decision to keep on keeping on and completing the task you have chosen to start.

I still consider myself as a newbie being in my 4th month. My greatest challenge so far is not having enough active PSAs and CSAs.

I have had more than 5 PSAs but not all are active. And more than a hundred of CSAs but are not that active too.

But despite that, I continue communicating with them and encouraging them to give SFI a chance. Having signed up as an affiliate in SFI, they have opened a big door for opportunities to LEARN and EARN with FUN.

How did I overcome it?

JUST NEVER GIVE UP!

Keep on and be inspired as I try to inspire others to do the same.
