As per my little experience of about 50 days with SFI I am GTL.My reason of success in SFI is to give my full devotion towards SFI.Many of my friends are saying that its all Fraud (SFI) as its happening on net now a days.you are just wasting your valuable time.but without listening their argu I continued my journey to achieve my goal.2ndly you keep your downline strong, teach them by PSA, CSA mailing and by monthly meeting.here without sharing my good news which I got from SFI in a short period is, I achieved level 4 in leadership challenge,2014.its all due to my full devotion and my strong downline.Here, I would must mention that without support of your sponsor and upline your success is impossible.at the end I would also suggest invest a little amount each month to get your success and ewards for your home buisness. We all have a fear of the unknown, prejudice, especially if you've had unpleasant experiences before coming to SFI. My challenge was to prove to myself personally that in this age can and will still plenty to learn and with their work enable me additional income and improve standards. Many of the phrases I heard for the first time and I did not know their meaning, much less how to use it to help me in the job but desire to succeed was stronger. I searched answers my colleagues and friends in the A2A beginning with the fear that maybe stupid but their responses have helped me to realize I should not be ashamed of my ignorance because no one is omniscient. Today I tell my new members always ask what you do not know or are not sure exactly know, because there are no stupid questions only stupid answers. I hope this answer will help you.

My greatest challenge to succeed in SFI was the lack in understanding the system. I put everything I had into what I did know and understood. I thought I had figured it out and was waiting to see how much I'd made when it was only like 6$. I backed off and left the business alone. I went back to working 'brick and mortar' jobs; even put into management in several of them. I learned a lot about management and leading. When I got serious again about an online job the only one that seemed legit, and would actually make money was SFI so I came back. And found out that SFI works better when I commit myself to a job long term with the understanding that I'm not going to make money fast, that I need a daily, weekly, and monthly goals (most of them are done for you, but some aren't; standing orders, choosing which level you are going to make every month ahead of time and do whatever it takes to keep it there until you can make it to another level).
This business with SFI really does teach a person about to be a Great and Awesome leader! This SFI business is absolutely incredible! I would say I overcame it with patience, perseverance, determination, passion, and understanding. Most of all I think it had to do with the positive support I received from my family.

My biggest challenge to success here at SFI in the beginning was grasping the concept of gathering the
***To-Do-List Actions and acquiring those points on a daily basis
I did not understand I needed to log on every day- then scroll down and click on the Blue rectangular bar at the bottom
****my second challenge and still is my challenge believe it or not is the Music Voting!! I get to the page but never actually Get To Vote! So I lose (50AVP) monthly!!
****Next, was Locating the Pricebenders Auctions- it took me a Month to find the Auction- and another Month to figure out I had to actually purchase TCredits!!
*****It is definitely overwhelming...the FORUM was another area that took me over a month to locate!!

One thing I can tell each of you, YOU are NOT ALONE!!! That's why you Each Have a Sponsor, and an Up-Line!!! Your Up-Line is built of Other peoples Sponsor's, some may be just one level above you, so you should always ask questions!! One of the first e-mails I send out to my PSAs is about the things I struggled with so that my Downline doesn't struggle! This is where Duplication comes in! In NETWORK MARKETING you can not withhold information from each other, rather you need to share your knowledge with one another, it's how we all succeed!!

Set Goals, Meet those Goals, set New Goals, and conquer them!!!

My greatest challenges are ongoing.
The 1st challenge is not to give up and to keep on trying - even when it looks like I am not getting anywhere.
The 2nd one is money - I do not have money to place a standing order or give gift certificates to encourage my down line. So far I have used every T credit I got as a gift from my sponsor and that I earned with SFI to retain my EA status.
I am still battling to get there - but I am determined to do it.
In a big way my sponsor is playing a huge part to keep me motivated and going.

my greatest challenge was disappointment, I was giving real support to new members of my team, I answered every question they asked, draw them solutions to their problems, spending countless hours helping them with snapshots, and helping them with GC and TCredits to help them achieve status, also I made training for affiliates who are from my city in my home, then just one day PUF, they just stop logging in and that's it, not even explaining what happened and why they gave up.

But like we all know, every step in our life is learning curve, every day we learn something new and combining that with experience, we take advantage from that, so instead of staying disappointed, I reverse my standing, and said to myself, I am not loosing anything, they are, it is just a matter of perspective.

I think my greatest challenge to success in SFI was, and still is, getting affiliates to duplicate what I am doing. Many affiliates just want to do nothing or they start out and do well, only to stop just when they are about to reach a new level and they are doing well. That is when I become greatly disappointed in them. I never want to bring my sponsor, co-sponsor or the SFI family disappointment.

The only way I see to overcome this situation right now is to continually sponsor new affiliates and refer TripleClicks members, who just might become affiliates; to keep on gaining new badges by building on my VP accumulations by completing everything possible for me; and to communicate with all my affiliates, especially the ones who really are working hard.

I also work with the co-op Manager provided by SFI, so that I can reward hard working affiliates with new affiliates.

I hope this provides some helpful tips. I always welcome feedback.

I have always dreamed of earning via the internet, so when the opportunity presented itself in the form of SFI, my greatest challenge was how to navigate through the site. To use the right terminology, i was overwhelmed. this was due large to the fact that I didn’t read or paid attention to the first instructions that came with the registration process. But once I hit the ground running the obstacle to my success in SFI gave way.

I overcame the challenge by contacting my sponsor repeated, who assured me that I should keep reading and applying the knowledge gained and that sooner, i will get use to the site.

What was your greatest challenge to success in SFI...and how did you overcome it?

This is a great question;

Everyday one faces the challenge to,(especially if you are new) leave SFI or stay.
The reason being... making those VP, if you are not mindful the time runs out, you are close to month's end and you are not even halfway there with your action points. Making sales points are easy to do, but the action VP is challenging if you are not careful.
So to overcome that you must be ACTIVE to make action points.

When you have PSAs and CSAs and they are inactive, you try with emails, postcards, and quick notes and all the other ways of communication, and they fail to respond; either in action on their website activities,or communication, that is very challenging. You must never give up commitment to yourself is the key here, and it can be daunting you feel that you are alone, this is the time to look for help by contacting your sponsor, A2A friends, re-read launch pad, and just read the success rules it is very inspiring, keep your focus and remember always that SFI is improving everyday, better things to come.

in our down-lines.

To help overcome this,give new people what they are expecting.

This means,give directions to Home,Hot Spots,To Do list,their Gateways and
placing their picture and profile.

Such a big site is overwelming and they feel lost.I did.

My welcome message gives help with all these problems.

It is also a good idea to encourage them once a week in your group
mailing, to give you a chance to help them succeed.
