I think some time criticism bad for people who is just join with you. May be its give the negative massage to new comer. Positive move is you motivate your down-line share your knowledge and good experience about SFI or life. It's give the spirit to new comer and they take active part. It is true who can not separate criticism which is positive and which one one is negative. It is totally depend on reader they take positive or negative. That's it.

Make your statements refer to you if you want to criticize.

For instance,gee I spent most of my action points my first month.
Then I found out I needed a team to get paid as a leader.

Also the second month,when you are trying for EA2,you could have used the extra
action points.

We always have to be careful when presenting constructive criticism.

You can based it from their VP Ledger your observations and recommendations for your downline how they must progress. Start by pointing out what they must take advantage of every action VP they missed under daily action items, weekly and monthly. You can also discuss how must your downlines gain support from referring more affiliates. ;)

I would like to say some things to my down line some tips:
1.work hard with honesty.
2. if you want to achievement to open your home page and review red tabs on daily basis.
3. review also Vp's ledger to get all weekly and monthly VP's.
4.you don't hesitate to ask question/problem from your up line members,it's also admire able.

every affiliate in your downline need to understand that everything that you say to them is for their good because their success is your also. If they understand that there will be no misunderstanding. You as their sponsor are here longer then they and it's logical that you have more experience than they. If they don't know to accept criticism then they don't deserve your help.

What we do at SFI is send praise down and criticisms up. This means we continually find praise and helpful information, documents, and resources that motivates and encourages the downlines to progress.

A lot of time is wasted being negative and critical. This type of attitude is unnecessary when communicating with people you are only trying to help.

If you notice, many many successful entrepreneurs and business owners usually have something very positive to say. Not only do they have something positive say, they genuinely believe it in their hearts. This is one of the most crucial teachings you can pass down to your downline. Criticizing there efforts or ideas will only hinder there development as an entrepreneur (this also does not mean we shouldn't teach what we know is right, we just do it in a way that does not criticize).

If you have to criticize, send it up. Complain to your upline and SFI support. Thats what they are there for. But NEVER send criticism down and genuinely believe in the positive messages you send to your downline.

Criticism isn't the right word to be use, dear.

Say example:
A boss throwing a stone to its worker. It is pain and everyone knows it. And this worker just keep stand quiet. No.! Your critics has build a rebel heart in them. You might not notice that a stone that you throw, in their hearts they are throwing you back hundreds more of small stones.

Human likes to be treated nice. And this humans are your team downlines. We should help and support them as they are new. If they get actives, you are the one getting richer. They are going to be your worker. And since everyone here learns the same rules, try think of them as your business partner. We are going to be here for a long term businesses.

My Opinion:
Everyone that sign up here on SFI for free..
Mostly are undergoing financial difficulties, otherwise, they wont sign up on this free business course. The Rich would surely has their business set up easily.

So please be kind and supportful. Share some love and hopes for all teammates. They are going to work independantly too, so lets build trust and sincereity as all this will just bonds your friendship, and your business.

Be nice to them, encourage them to work better and harder to start there own SFI business and have there own bosses, be team leaders!

Every week send then encourage letter to be the best, to don't give up because every business is hard until they have payment !

All you have to do is to continue to encourage and provide support for those affiliates who do not do anything. You just have to keep an open mind and tell you that some of them could only get active after reading all the posts. Also, remember that there may be a big reason why these affiliates are inactive. They may not fully understand how to work the program, it may not be the right time as before. Some may have health problems, and some may not have the time or money to devote to the program. One day might just send a message to someone curiosity and bring back "wandering sheep" at times. If they are still inactive then you have to wait until SFI remove them from your genealogy.

I've learned much more from straight words from my sponsor, than from sugarcoated words from someone who is scared not to scare me off. Your sponsor knows better. That is why he/she is a Team Leader.

This is not an easy business. It takes hard work and determination to succeed and sometimes a thick skin; because 99% of people are going to reject what you have to offer them. Just remember, it’s not you they are rejecting, it’s a successful future for themselves that they are rejecting. Never take it personally. They are the ones who are losing out here.
