Giving input to downline members is part of team effort.

It is important to make comments specific to what you notice that may require more attention or improvement. The more specific the better as then comments can be incorporated easily without confusion.

not all members of our team, came in the same way in business.
Also in our team are people of various professions, property, personal problems ....
So there is no one way to interact with the messages.
My opinion is that we should focus only on the active members and to those who appear every day on our genealogy.
With these members, it is much easier and nicer to cooperate - because there is no criticism, just advice on how to make this work better and easier.

We don't have that right to Criticism and motivation at a same time.

In my view silence is the best method for any question as you have not answer Yes or No i.e. YN.

We are promoting as there is no boss. Again you are behaving you are created your team and you are boss.

Better have a discussion over any media. Ask what is the problem. I am asking how many of us reading all mails. Be honest and go to open discussion and motivation is required.

I honestly believe one can get a message a cross to people no matter what.
First you need to make sure you not preaching to yourself 92 percent of that is the case.

Next it's all how you put it across, and what mood you are in at the time. If you not
having a good day better you walk away from confrontation until your head is thinking
right. You don't want to afend anyone.

Always have a plan B or a back up plan. Be consistent always.

Criticism is showing another and probably a better way of doing things. A positive criticism is one that encourages the critised to amend ways and or adopt the different way being suggested.

Such positive criticisms come with love and understanding of the level of the advised. It should be started by explaining the stand-point of the one being critised and pointing out the short-falls. From this point, the sponsor will have to bring out the new points, with explanations.

Criticism is a strong word and should be avoided. You should always say, advice, suggestions.
Constructive advice in your e-mails can refer only to those who are interested and understand the SFI as a job, so what are you going to suggest is some ways on how to overcome obstacles in business, they better take advantage of all the benefits offered by SFI etc.

Criticism is criticism. No criticism can be either positive, constructive or any other.
    Critique does not like anyone. Ak want a show that is not working well, move differently.
Friendly advice: you did not do it ... if you do .... you'll get points?
Something like, never criticism! Just some friendly advice, a reminder, if you want to ask them if they do not want it either!

I think it is more constructive to focus on helping your downline.

You can transmit to them the same message contained in your criticism indirectly while providing them your help. Do not be harsh with your affiliates. Always be soft and helpful but franc with them.

I try to put positive comments first about their store or products.
This makes people comfortable and appreciative to begin.
Then I leave suggestions on how they might improve in their business and income.
I close by leaving my store link and ask for any suggestions on how I can improve.
Everyone has some opinion or knowledge that just might help you.

It really can be problem. You got to know your co-workers that could directly tell them what is not good work. In your e-mail to yours downline try to be patient and understanding. Commended their work, and then try to subtly tell them where they make mistakes in the work. For example, "I am very happy that I have co-workers like you. I want to be among the most successful teams in the SFI, because I think we should pay more attention to the following ...".
