Hello Sharon,
Just work with your Workers. Spend most of your effort on the affiliates that are on your Movers List. Click on the Movers Tab in your affiliate center, and you will be shown your most active affiliates.
NOTE: If you have another 100 affiliates on your team; SFI provides a plethora of tools to contact them all at the same time such as- PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer, and you can send a group message from within your Genealogy Tab.

As much I learned and found out, the best way to stay in touch on daily basis with all active downline affiliates is to contact them at Facebook. Facebook may be really powerfull tool, opening closed support groups for your downline and that way you may provide them informations and you may exchange expiriance, fix problems together, work as team and establish strong, healthy working environment in which your affiliates will enjoy to work.. Hallo, you know SFI Rule: Work with workers. I believe managing an active downline Team is less hard than managing an inactive Team. A Sponsor knows exactly People who are active and have understood the methods and rules about this business. These People you need only to thank them with nice words, Gift Cards, TC, reasignment of good PSAs etc., as you can and, continue motivating them now and then to continue their good work.

If you have a large active down line then you are quite fortunate, what is vital is to keep doing what you have been doing to get them active in the first place. However in each team there will be those who will excel, and you must identify the future leaders and spend more time with them, paying attention to their specific needs.

"Personalized" attention is defined differently by everyone. Some people who could be considered high maintenance type people would define personalized as a "hands on" approach where you are contacting them on a daily basis making sure they are doing well while those who are considered low maintenance can be satisfied with the weekly team mail message you send out. Since we are all unique, I would suggest that you keep a file with the names of your PSAs and CSAs and make notes

Build a network of active affiliates, the dream of every member of SFI!
The construction does not go overnight. But we can speed up the quality work and professional approach.
Surely the most important thing advertising.
If you advertise constantly and correctly in different places, it is very likely that we will have a large influx of new branches.

Keep up with your movers tab, you can have from 10 to 50 PSA/CSA's displayed on the page at a time.
This will show you the most active affiliates for the past 7 days.
Review each affiliates VP Ledger to determine which actions they are most actively doing and what actions
need more attention.

Send personalized E-cards to each affiliate that you feel could use a tip in the area that they are lacking.

1. on how to manage them,you make away to challenge them, to inspire them about what benefits that thy've got if they continue what they have start here in SFI.I said 'benefits' because benefits in one job is the first reason that we are looking for, not only for what we have earned but what we've got if we can help others specially a new affiliates who are interested to reach their dreams and goal in life.

You can YOU make it, it's not up to you to create an active member, downline. You give them all the necessary instructions, training, and materials needed his help. On them is whether they use it. If you have a large, active downline, you could use social networks too. Most of them provides the ability to create some kind of the communities. For example, you can create a group on Facebook and ad your entire downline. They can meet, share information, share experience, motivate others by bragging about success.
