At the moment, I don't have a large active downline, so managing and providing personalised attention to everyone is not a problem.

By active this includes a dozen who are permanently on my Movers list and those who have recently joined my team and are already showing activity by logging in daily and earning their daily VP and so become part of my Movers list which is now over 90.

With just over 2500 PSAs and CSAs, many are inactive and a few more have been red-flagged, a few

This is an excellent question and when once you manage a large number of active down line and is called as team management.
Here you will classify your down line in to three groups.
1.Self starters: These are people who need a little help from their up line,They understand the concept and take care rest on their own.
2.The second group of people are equally good as self starters , but they need to be pushed to work once a while.
3.The third group of people are slow runners and

Very good question. My best answer will be the the power tool. Using SFI Genealogy you can manage a large number of active downline.

Example: If you want to view movers or active affiliates for the past 3 days, you can use the filter and click drop down list that you want.Selecting only those having similar concerns and you can easily manage to send them e mails or support at the same time.

Another example if you would like to transfer t credits to your downlines as support

The SFI Genealogy is the very best tool to use and answer your question because of the many powerful features and capabilities that it has.

The Genealogy tabs allow you to view your data in formats that best fit your objectives. These tabs are 10 in total. They are Basic, VersaPoints, S-Builder, Communication, Aff Mgr, Sales, Gift Cert, Geographic, Reassign and TCredits.

Now the use of these tabs and filters provided by the genealogy, you can condense your report to whatever

Your Question:

"How do you manage a large, active downline? How do you provide personalized attention for everyone?"

Answer:

Managing huge down-lines are not as easy as many would think even with all of the options already provided through SFI. Myself it would be perfect for me if just 3 really serious team members enrolled each month.

The reason my favorite or perfect option would be 3 team members per month is because of individual levels of

Hi Sharon
how do you manage a large, active downline and how do you personalize attention for everyone?
Well as an entrepreneur, this is like owning a conglomerate business i.e chains of companies spread across the globe like SFI, google, fb etc. I knew how those media began and how they have spread. I under study their leadership style to maintain such success thus sharing with you. How are they coping and managing their workers? This is like managing your business success and everyone

If you have a large active downline that you have to manage in your spare time it could become problematic.

I would suggest you build a team with good team leaders in every generation. That way they can provide support and attention too and you are not solely responsible for everybody in the downline.

If your downline is so big and active that you are able to spend all your time working only on your SFI business, it should not be that much of a problem providing personalized

How do you manage a large, active downline? Well for starters I do have a fairly large downline, and what I is, go to the tab "to do list" and click on PSAs (because I send out email once a week to PSAs and CSAs) however, I do them separately.
I would write the pertinent information to my CSAs, and don't think that you must give all the information about SFI, sometimes just saying hello and tell them what doing is enough!

If you want to personalize attention (I guess this

I just look at the tools affiliate manager, there we can see their activities and what they have acquired. I regular send emails through PSA and CSA mailer to encourage and just give thanks for those already working hard. sometimes I send a personal message to the affiliates when their birthday, celebrate, and achieve something in SFI. Do not forget to take advantage of the stream of tools to deliver your message to the affiliate, you can choose affiliate level here who can read your messages. To

You manage a large downline in much the same way as you do a small downline.

You answer their questions as soon as you possibly can.

A lot of the details you will be sending to all affiliates. If you want to provide total personalized attention by sending them emails on a regular basis then you have to make the time.

If you have a large active downline this will probably be your only source of income, so you will be able to devote the necessary time to each of your
