I give personal attention to the movers and all who are logging in and getting v.p.

Using the "I am here to help" card makes it personal.First I check their v.p.ledger and see what needs done.

Everyone gets a group message when my v.p. ledger says I need to send one.

The only exception is exciting news like our beautiful Community Forums
and the new website with our pictures on it.

In all my messages,I ask my group to read my tips in Stream.

Well this is certainly very apt and timely million dollar question on everyone's mind right my input are as follow:

As Gery and his team has implemented fabulous communication tools which can enable us to build up rapport , touch base and enhance our communication channels with all our Downline which is so readily available from our Genealogy where we can Identify who our Movers , those who are new EAS and Team leaders this month to those who were EAs last month and yet to get EA2 and the list goes on including the PSA,CSA group mailer , the various Ecards that we can use it to better manage and build up a good personal relationship and line of communication with those whom you have identified to have the potential to be your Gems and diamonds.

There are several ways to handle prospects and/or audience/downlines with CRM(customers relationship management), If your eBusiness platform CMS(content Managemenet sytem) is on PHP, you can find many of free open source of SRM to download and install.

If you are not familiar to any web developing and engineering language, using home made system such as excel, access etc. which are simple tools.

What I found from SFI is well built education page by page about every detail necessities of control or be controlled by system so if you follow SFI trains well, you would find let your direct downline affiliates leading their downline affiliates unless you are top team leader.

I do not know how you are finding your downline affiliates, my case is going to use co-op which SFI provides and share new affiliates with downline affiliates because their downline affiliates are also my downline affiliates and all affiliates can be filtered by joining date and/or upline sponsors etc. so you can use excel if you don't have CRM and keep them on track by their priority needed helps! It would be involved times of your works but if you want to be leader of your affiliates, you need to do it for your downline affiliates!

If you want to pass on some very important message only to a selected few downlines, then you may also call them directly, provided they are from your own country. Direct call will also help you to improve your business relationship with them.

Here team work gives best results than the work done by an individual.
At the same time it's not easy to have an active and large team here.
Many of the affiliates have so many inactive ones.
If you have an active and large down line means you are blessed.
So, you can keep in touch with them using your PSA mailer, CSA mailer and other team mails.
And more over if you find any of them more active and serious with their work send them personal mail which you can get from your genealogy report.
Make a2a friendship with them, from there also you can send messages to them.

In exercise of the role as sponsors need to understand the traditions of PSA, CSA because not all will be from the same country with you, to know how to accept or reject something without offending, to search relative improvement and makes everything better.

Hello Sharon. To answer you on how to manage a large number of active downline, I would propose that you use the genealogy report in the Hot Spot tab. If by active you mean the frequency of login to the SFI Homepage (https://www.sfimg.com/Reports/Genealogy?lg=t) for example, then you can use the various filter options genealogy report to define whether you want to focus on the CSA or PSA by date of their login, etc. If you want to communicate to your defined group, then click on the communication tab and send a group mail to your now target downline.
