What do I do to help my PSAs become Team Leader?

First, I share Knowledge.

I inform my PSAs that that one way to increase their income in SFI is to increase their TC Executive Pool shares via Matching VersaPoints (VP). 1 VP = 1 share. In addition to earning Personal VersaPoints, they can earn even more VersaPoints via Matching VP. Only Team Leaders (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond) can earn Matching VersaPoints. Earning Matching VP is based on the number of

The first thing for us to do is, become a Team Leader ourself.
It is a best learning experience when we apply practically what we have learnt, and new ideas and strategies will develops more as we travel with time.

We need to practically understand the value of a Team Leader. As the word is formed, 'TEAM' and 'LEADER'.

TEAM ;
We need to understand all our team members who had signed up from all areas of the world, different culture, language and understandings.

A team leader needs to have an active team in order to sustain the status. Although some affiliates make it to team leader status without an active team, by essentially spending money to purchase some products which contribute a large chunk of VP that qualify them to TL statuses. However, as a sponsor, it is important to help your team members who show signs of hard work, dedication and progression, to become team leaders by the following approaches:

1. Guide and assist them to embrace

Hi Mary;

I like your question regarding what I'm doing to help affiliates to become team leaders.

I saw another question asking when upgrading status to team leader was advisable and I suppose my answer here relates to that one as well because I think one should advance to team leader as soon as possible. I actually devote most of what I do in support with the intent of inspiring and assisting team leaders.

A horse that wants to win a race should get off to an early

Hi Mary,

I have created a training email auto-email series with MailChimp. When I get a PSA notification, I put them in the program and it automatically emails them everyday with the emails that I set up.

In the emails, I remind them everyday to work on their Fast-Track actions as well as work on their LaunchPad training for the first ten days. I also tell them a bit about myself, with pictures of my and my dogs. I encourage them to reply to the emails with their questions,

One of the main things I try to do to help my PSAs become team leaders is to teach them the difference between an employee mindset and a business owner mindset. An employee takes orders, a business owner gives orders and is responsible for the way they affect the business.

And employee only works his assigned hours, a business owner works as long as it takes each day. An employee knows when he will be paid and how much. A business owner doesn't know when his big pay will come nor how much

Before you can help your PSAs become Team Leaders you should be a Team Leader yourself and should be setting the working habits of a Team Leader.

- You should be logging in everyday so that your Daily VP Streak, All-Time VP Streak and your Monthly EA Streak badges exhibit gold trims.

- You possess a TL badge and always give your best in moving up to higher rank and maintain it thereafter.

- You possess and maintain the Top Enroller, Top Sponsor and S-Builder Co-op

The moment my PSAs are regularly appearing on my Movers List and are seriously committed to building their SFI business, I would monitor their activities closely until they attain the rank of Executive Affiliates.

Once they become EA, training them for team leadership starts.

It is important that they understand well the SFI Basics, the Launchpad lessons, especially the importance of duplication, and the rules of success they need to be aware of by making sure they read/review

Become a mentor to help grow your PSA, here's what to do to help them become Team Leaders:

1) Teach PSA duplication. Duplication depends strictly on your skills training so by how good you are as a mentor.

Could you tell me, "But I'm not a good mentor!" Or "But I have never taught anything to anyone!"

If you want to achieve something in your life, you have to take responsibility.

 Becoming a mentor is one of those responsibilities.
