Teach them!
Teach them why SFI is better than other programs,
Teach them how they can succeed in SFI.
Offer them something for doing the dailies, such as an ebook or a reassigned PSA.
Check their TODO list and see if there is some area they are lacking. Then teach them the importance of that part of the ToDo list.
Teach them by cultivating them, becoming a friend, letting them know more about you.Sending them helps such as gift certificates, Tcredits, ebooks, Co-op membership

That is a mysterious question.

"How do you motivate lazy and unmotivated affiliates?"

The short answer is “You don’t”. A person must already not be lazy and be motivated in order to succeed in SFI. Most people who succeed in SFI are already motivated with good work ethics when they sign up. They already know what they want and why they want it.

The only way to get idle affiliates working is to continue sending your weekly mailings. And hopefully one

Motivation is a key element to building your downline.

It is also difficult to achieve in a long distance relationship with
affiliates and new prospects who you do not yet know.
The key, in my opinion, is to be an open, friendly and trustworthy
Sponsor or Co-Sponsor.

-Make it your daily goal to be Positive and Upbeat in all your
communication efforts to your downline.
Use that same positive attitude with your Forum and A2A activities.

To activate your lazy and unmotivated affiliates is to:
1. Understand what is demotivating and making them lazy. You can ask them e.g in our affiliate profile, we are asked what is most appealing and repeling about SFI program. Ask them those questions too, that may be the clue to your question.
2. Show them how SFI works and how much they are capable of earning. Show them the way to it: The SFIBASICS. Teach them the basic important things and why they are here.
3.

It was once said by Zig Ziglar that taking a bath is done daily as the benefits of the bathing only lasts for a short time as we all get dirty again - this concept applies to motivation too.

Everyone is bombarded by so many things day in and day out that it becomes quite easy to become de-motivated and loose the fire to move on with SFI. Motivation only carries a person's activity for a brief time then once motivation is gone, people will loose their momentum.

There is only so much that you can do for them.
All you can do is keep sending them weekly emails and E-cards on whats been happening at SFI.
Send them E-cards offering them your assistance and full support with any questions and help they might need.
I also suggest that you check from which country they are from. There could be a language barrier and maybe they don't understand the emails and E-cards you are sending them.
I always send my down-line my weekly emails and E-cards

I think basically you will need to find out what motivates them. Everyone has their ON button. It might be family. It might be their parents. It might be that girl next door he's trying to impress by buying stuff cheaply on the internet. No one really know what might motivate another person.

So in the case of our inactive affiliates, what I do is just tell stories. I've had a person reply my teammail when I talked about my kids. I guess the story resonated with them because they feel and

How do you motivate affiliates lazy and unmotivated?

Hi Nebojsa Nikolic. in my opinion, they become lazy and unmotivate is because they still do not understand what is SFI, SFI advantage, and how to succeed in SFI. Or maybe they want to find work that they can get rich quick. Or they sign up just to get the topics and learning about marketing.

To motivate lazy and unmotivate affiliates is to:
try to be friends with him, as a starter ask whether he is interested in earning

Firstly I would not assume that your in-actives are either lazy nor unmotivated.
By way of background I signed up for SFI while I was busy working another affiliate program.
I had a quick look, decided that, interesting as it might be, I did not have the time to learn it all.
I did become active several months later and have not looked back since.

From reading others people's experiences I know I am not alone there.

You may well have VERY motivated and energetic

Unfortunately if people are unmotivated and lazy it is just the way they are.
These type of people are looking for an easy way to earn money and their work ethic and drive is probably very minimal to non existent. There is not much we can do with these type of people.

However, if your affiliates are new to SFI and have just begun the journey here, it may be that they are not lazy or not motivated, it may be that they are just overwhelmed by the information available to us here. In
