At first I will contact them through their email. Teach them the easy method of success in SFI in short. I will also offer them 10 T-Credits in first stage to participate in Eager Zebra Games like Pick- the-Price, Card King, Knockout Trivia and Gold Streak I will not give them Gift Card in first stage as there will be a doubt about redemption/non redemption of the same

In this email I will explain the strategy to win Eager Zebra Games – how they calculate and win Pick the Price,

It's not that they are lazier as much as they are cautious. There are so many SCAMs, if I may be permitted to use the word lightly, that some people are just either slow to get started or never get started at all.

The word, FREE, draws a lot of people to sign up, but one they see there is a $20 New Member Kit to purchase they either leave because they feel they have been lied to or they are slow to start because they simply do not have the money.

Some even think that maybe

Hello Nebojsa

Although, there are few ways to motivate the lazy affiliates in your team. Try these methods:

1. When a PSA joins you, try to establish contact with him/her because every thing will depend upon the communication. Communication is huge as it is said. Use email, e-cards or SFI Instant Message or PM (Personal Messages)

2. Tell them you will offer them 10 Tcredits if they login daily and complete their Daily, weekly and monthly actions.

3. If

I hardly know how to set apart lazy and unmotivated affiliates. I believe we all are to some degree. However, if you have affiliates you sincerely believe are lazy and unmotivated; I suggest you do the following:

1. Pay special attention to your communications with them.
2. Explore ways to “draw them out’ and get them to reveal to you why they are unmotivated.
3. Offer real incentives to them like TCredits and free slots in your co-operative.
4. Encourage them to freely

Sometimes what we see as lazy may simply be a lack of understanding by our affiliates and they may need some hwlp following the start-up steps.

I recommend what is sometimes call "Dripping on them" with weekly emails that include tips that may help them get going in the business. Take a look at their "Ledger" to see what training steps they have taken.

Suggest places they can go to promote their SFI business, suggest some ads they can use that have been

I really do not like the way this question has been worded...

We do not have the luxury of knowing each other as we might if we sat in an office. You may be mistaking lazy and unmotivated for family issues, work commitments or illness. Working with SFI may be the only thing that they do for themself when they have the time.

Like everybody, I have a large number of affiliates who are inactive. I send group emails out with:

Did you know? and then tell them something

First, I take exception to the term "lazy" as used in asking this question. One man's lazy after all, may be another man's confused.

Having said this, let's look at motivation. One thing that makes people run away from the business it seems to me, is unrealistic expectations. Many people come into this business looking for quick easy money. Then the reality dawns and they are confused, disoriented and scared. Withdrawing seems the best alternative.

This is where you

Without an active team, our business will start moving slow and our ranking is at high risk to pull down. That is why it is very important that we know how to motivate our team and keep them inspired to do this business regardless of the struggles they go through.

Here's how I motivate my SFI team:

1. Even if they don't reply to my messages, I still send a message to them. And I do it daily as I log in to my SFI business. From one way or another, they will read it. You will

Start by not looking at them as lazy and unmotivated. You might be right about some of them. They might be looking for a quick buck and as soon as they realized that is not what SFI is about they lost interest.

I am sure not all inactive affiliates are lazy and unmotivated. There are so many reasons they might be not working and I feel that giving them the benefit of the doubt gives you a better chance of motivating them. Deciding by yourself that they are lazy and unmotivated
