6. Be prepared should the affiliate have a very emotional and perhaps negative response.
7.Send Compelling Affiliate Newsletters
Most affiliate managers don't have the type of digital marketing background necessary to really be an effective affiliate manager. Encourage your affiliates to call you and make that a priority. Speaking to affiliates on the phone should be one of the primary tasks of every affiliate manager.

Hi I found the following to be helpful when an affiliate is demoted to remain active. I communicate with them regularly. Before now I was also inactive as an affiliate and then I got an up line who communicated with me daily and kept me informed and encouraged me. I found this to be very useful as I duplicated this action and it worked with my down lines. I communicate with them regularly, give them tips, incentives (T-Credits, etc). Some up lines, I've realized previously did not communicate with their down lines, this leaves you with lingering questions and demoted to remain active.
So in conclusion proper communication that is effective will encourage an affiliate to remain active and not feel demoted. Hope this helps!

As we are building this business, a lot depends on our team members staying active. For whatever reason, some of them will rise up to EA2 and beyond only to suddenly disappear from action. This may cause us to temporarily lose rank, or get demoted. Like everything else, a person needs to shake it off and move on, sponsoring more. The people who truly want to do this business are out there. You just need to find them.

Just remind your affiliate that their success is not dependent on any one individual. Work the numbers. Find the ones who will. Besides, what you earn from a single EA2 who eventually quits is generally negligible. Most of them quit because they are still not making enough to justify their time, at least in their mind. The most important thing for an affiliate to think in that situation is "Next!"

Right now I happened to me, that I found myself in the hospital, and moreover I retired from my laptop adapter. I was completely cut off from the Internet, from the world. Yet I never like this has happened since I left without help, and I could not do anything. I had to wait until my release so that I could provide the new adapter in my laptop type.
That's why I realized that we are just people, and that anything can happen, but we can immediately react and immediately put everything in order. sometimes it just is not ais that must be reckoned with. Certainly for lost work days I ran away valuable action VP, I could not play my game, etc ... to perform tasks and it certainly must demonstrate such. That I will have to drop from my current post, to post lower. It's annoying but human, and because of something I did not cause myself after all I can not feel degraded. Everything can be put right again later. only one had such a situation be better prepared to be able to timely notify his colleagues. Nothing else can do as well.
The important thing is not give up and build their business again in the future. Just continue ....
It may find many other reasons, when you suddenly find yourself on a higher post in the lower. And that, even in your team can someting bad happen to your people. the causes may be more, but you learn to overcome everything and move on. Meet and meet the highest post! I wish it all.

I think that for the most part you have to remain positive in spirit with them and reflect that in your actions. But the bottom line is that if they do not see the big picture with what SFI is trying to get everyone to achieve there is not much you can do about that. The only negative thing about this new requirement is that a person has to work to build their business which requires building a team, which in turn is going to have a better result income wise, why should that change a person's mindset, that is where we all have to be mentally in order to achieve bigger and better income results..so it's all good is what you have to express to them.

Showing your strong determination and sending a truly motivating words.
Sharing your experience to success and on how you had maintain your STATUS being an EA/EA2 or TEAM LEADER.
Being, open in anyway of communication to your every affiliate whom are still finding there way to the right tract.
Specially to your TEAM mates this is a BIG factor that could keep them ALIVE!

When a affiliate feels they have been demoted, do this.

First go through their v.p.ledger and make a note of things to try.
If they have asked for help,suggest a few things to try next month.

To make money here you need to advertise for Tripleclicks and SFI
referrals.

I like to purchase 20 every month.Then play the auctions to get a couple.
If you can,call them,skype them or email them with detailed suggestions.

Because "demotion" only comes from a lack of activity, you can point out to an affiliate that earning his or her rank back is only a matter of resuming the higher activity level represented by that rank. Regardless, success with SFI is a marathon, not a sprint, and the real benefit comes with long-term perseverence.

How do I encourage an affiliate to remain active when they feel they've been demoted?

By reminding him/her why he/she joined SFI in the first place. Motivate him/her, share your experiences with him, tell him to read testimonies of other Affiliates.

I think that will definitely make him change his mind
