Aur facebook groups for adverts aur job is full of jobs ads like aur job.
The best way is to put your ads in a group where is no job ads l did that and l get few members.and you can put your ads in your local site for jobs adverts.

What's the solution? Differentiate your ads. Step outside of the box. No matter how many ads are on Facebook, if you are creative you can reposition your creative by giving it an upgrade based on the behavior of your target audience. The ad that's the most relevant to the needs of the target audience gets the most attention and best results period. So you really need to become a student of the numbers and advertise efficiently no matter where you advertise. Track your ads for improvement over time so that you can tweak your creative for optimal results in recruits, sales, views, etc. Use all the resources available to you on the ad platform you choose to promote on. Every platform provides some form of support and tips to improve your results.
