Frankly speaking I doubt there are any. First of all it has a negative resemblance with competitions organized normally by "onland" multinationals. They are nothing else than additional push from behind, because if you never win them, you may even encounter adverse effects. I know it is different in SFI but the psychological stench is still there.
Another reason: e.g. personally I do anything I do because I want to have a successful business one day, not to get few TC-s or even bucks tomorrow. So it changes nothing in my behavior.
The opposite example is an inactive affiliate - do you think he even reads anything about these contests? I even gave some minor unannounced TC rewards to some PSA-s who made a kickstart. If they were not completely absent-minded, they should have guessed from my personal messages to them that they can expect more if they carry on. I haven't got even a single "Thanks!" in return and they are still sleeping somewhere and waiting for something good to happen to them, not caring of rewards here at all.

Your Downline is the one from which you earn. So Try to be in touch with your downline and if you have any doubts always be in touch your Upline.

Now coming to your question if you organize a contest for your downline it will create enthusiasm and they will visit and work on and when they work and earn definitely you will earn your commissions.

So try to create an environment where your downline members are comfortable in return you can earn from them.

The benefit of making a contest is that new affiliates can be developed for the good of all. Through the contest, new affiliates are motivated to win and so VP can get EA2, BTM etc. ..

The team managers must motivate, help their CSA to develop in the beginning in SFI until these last are independent and can do the same to them in the future. And organizing a contest is one of the solutions for them.

Organizing a contest in your team is fantastic!
I believe that everyone loves to be a part of some contest. I know I do.
We all get to that extra adrenalin when it comes to winning!
So I am sure that people in your team or in any team would be more hard working if they know that they have some prize to pick up.

Organizing a contest for your downlines will serve as a booster. This can make your downlines to work harder especially if the "price is right". But like any other contest, you must be responsible for any consequences. Just make sure that your contest is accessible and not very difficult to perform. Just enjoy.

When I started working at SFI I found out that I was involved in the competition E365 immediately and I was very happy about it. Anyone willing to invest more effort and work if know to participate in the competition. This is a very good motivation for everyone. And one very important fact is that everyone wants to win because everyone feels very good as a winner. So, I believe that the organization of the competition was very useful for the progress of team.
