Hi Sue,
I think it's a good idea to help and assist the ECA that you referred to set up their store and products.Every one of them is very valuable for your business.
You can help them to fill the application form and once it's approved, to list their products and/or services. You can even help them to choose the most wanted and best selling products in order to have a lot of sales.
Then, you can start advertising and promoting their stores or any particular item. That will be beneficial

Yes, I believe so. In this day and age where everything is being run by computers, there are still people who are scared operating it. And if you have this type of people on your list, you definitely need to help them in their initial set up. But you need to teach and show them how to proceed further so they can add products if they wish to at a later stage.

At some point, you can also show and convince them how to become SFI affiliate, if they feel comfortable dealing with their online

Well in my opinion it will be definitely a resounding yes to offer assistance to new ECAs and perhaps walk them through the process and use their laptop and let them list their first item live and most important of all encourage them to put in their thinking caps and do the necessary market research on the proposed items that they will be selling will it be competitive and offer excellent value for buyers at large.

However I will only offer to help when I can see that they are really keen

Yes, by all means!

The best way to assist them is to go to the new ECAs TConnect Websites to connect with them and to welcome them to TripleClicks.

Provide the link for their guidance, to help them set up store and products properly as per SFI/TC procedures.

Once the new ECAs have added their products, I will now support them by shopping at their TConnect Websites, and start referring customers.

Hi Sue,
It is obviously that you SHOULD help your referral ECAs, since it's for your own good, it makes your business increase and put a big smile on your face...You get comission from the sales they make! Helping them is helping you! Why WOULDN'T you do that??
So the question here should be " Why shouldn't I assist my new ECAs?"
Help them to get approval, help them to list their produtcs, help them promoting them, teaching them everything about SFI and Tripleclicks. If you

I would suggest that you simply ask your ECA representatives on how they may be helped through your efforts.

There are several ways that affiliates may assist ECA's with TripleClicks - might be able to provide input on what products may be displayed and sold through TripleClicks, incorporate their portal information in your Team Newsletter to share with others about what product is being sold and how that product may assist, or even provide assistance with sharing the product via word

Yes you should be assisting your new ECA's to set up their store and products. But, only in a technical way.

Help them through the setup & upload, etc. and maybe some marketing tips (ie. words to use to advertise). But as to what products & pricing; NO.

Show them how to research products and how to price products; but those decisions are up to them. There could be some liability issues if you go beyond that.

I think it all depends on whether they want your assistance.
If English is not their first language, you could help them in writing descriptions for their products.
You could also suggest which products you think might do well as a 'Hot Deal' or which products are there 'Featured items'
At the end of the day it's their choice though, as it's their business but sometimes two heads are better than one!

I think it is important to assist new ECAs how to apply and explain them why is important to put their photos when they are applying and what should they look like. After that, I assist them how to list their items, and what is the best way to list them.

And what I think is important, encourage them to post some news occasionally to attract more connections.
