Should I be assisting new ECAs I've referred to set up their store and products? If yes, how best can I assist them?

Online business may be new to your ECAs therefore, they will be in need of your assistance. Promoting ECA activity is best done by identifying the products you think will sell.

Discussing it with your ECAs individually will be a key to helping them to understand their new project. Get to know their inventory so you can suggest the best sellers for the TC market.

Consistent contact is important so that they will be comfortable and build their confidence in the organization.

Hi, you know...quite a few affiliates ask that same question or, they don't ask and end up just taking a guess so first, I'd like to applaud you for asking this question.
In my opinion, when signing up a new ECA, You should spend a little time showing them how to log onto the site first and how to navigate throughout Triple Clicks. I would even show them how to log into and navigate SFI as well since their new customers will be affiliates of SFI. It would also give them a first hand tour of

Yes, you should certainly assist your newly ECA immediately to list their first product. You must ensure the following assistance

1. Help your ECA in finding the best possible product. There are a wide range of products available in TripleClicks. However, every product do not have same popularity. So, help him choosing a product which can generate more sales for him.

2. Help your ECA in promoting his products by posting in your own website and other places. If you can help them

If you can, it is optimal to help the ECA first hand, but it is not necessary. Do not be afraid to invite almost any vendor you use regularly to be an ECA, as the Gateway and instructions are complete and easy to follow. I run a monthly letter/brochure campaign to online vendors that I or my husband purchase from. I add a note about items that I think would sell well on TripleClicks. I also send a gift card, so that they can see how the process works from the buyer's end. This woeks especially

Hi! Sue,

A very good question.

I had been a Sales Manager for an electrical Appliance Importer and the company had a difficult time as the economy was just opening and television was a new thing for us in the early '80s. As Sales Manager, I got organized a Sales Workshop comprising my sales field staff and showroom staff. We had a brain storming session and outcome was that the Sales Division would inform the Service Department of all TV sales. The Service Dept. would then allocate

Simple answer: Yes! Of course!

Look at it this way, "customer service". When your ECA sees that you help them during the initial stages, it gives a very good impression of TripleClicks and SFI as a whole.

You may feel that it is not necessary, especially if that ECA is a whiz at computers/internet stuff (unlike me), but offering is a crucial step to show your ECA what sort of affiliates we are. Helpful ones, of course!

And it is especially beneficial if

I personally have an ECA store where I am currently offering article marketing and SEO services and will soon be adding hand made jewelry we do here at the house.

One of the big reasons for me to start up this ECA shop was to get a feel for the controls and to be able to walk new ECA step by step through adding their first product. One stroll through the ECA listings on TripleClicks and you will find hundreds of ECA's lost who had every chance to be super sellers because they simply didn't

Yes, you should. The type of assistance you give will vary from ECA to ECA and from product to product. But you should be there for them to help in any way needed.

The first thing I did was set up my own ECA store and list a product. The reason was two fold. I see my own shop as being one string in my SFI bow. And I wanted to find out how to do it so I could best help businesses I approached to become ECAs.

But before I set up my ECA I had to have a vehicle through which to

I think assisting to new ECAs, who is new to our business is good idea and it will be benefited more to you on your commission, but you have to advice him to do the following :-

1. List out such products which can be provided with low cost and also high versa points.

2. Provide local payment facilities with local rates.

3. Try to increase volume of the business.

4. Provide proper customer care.

5. Avoid shipping charges.

6.

It is the sponsor duty to help all affiliates, including ECAs, to get the habit of working in their member areas. This doesn't mean that you have to do everything for them, in fact, I wouldn't advise that, it is actually not allowed that you work anyone else's account at SFI.

Rather, the best idea I can come up with is to train your ECAs with video. Better than writing long e-mails which they may not understand fully anyway, make a video about how to register for being an ECA, how to
