Badges are important because it is an indication of your performance level, especially in your team. How your downline values your effort, your level of support to them is revealed through badges. As a team leader and sponsor you can earn certain number of badges from your downline. If you have a close relationship with your downline, you will most likely receive a good rating through badges. It is very important to build a strong and a solid foundation in your organization.

A very good and important question has been raised, badges plays a very important role in an organization for representation, Identification, Rank, and level of achievements for performance by a particular individual. The badges speak itself about an individual’s better work performances for his past, present and remain for future. The badges are awarded or allocated to encourage the performance of the worker more importantly to be recognizing the individual how he /she performed for the organization accordingly badges are awarded who deserves. We feel proud when SFI award us a badge for our performance, these elements in shape of recognition shows dedication towards SFI business for each individual. SFI has designed a tremendous platform of recognition and earnings for that I salute SFI.

Badges are important as it gives the sense of personal contact. You are able to put a face to the name and it gives the impression of a personal relationship. It makes your clients feel you care and there's personal contact. A person's name says it all and makes a person feel they are dealing with real people and not just the Internet.
