Badges are known in military. You don't get it for nothing. It has sentimental and psychological value. Here at SFI, we also enter SFI with zero badges. As we do our task or accomplish something we are rewarded with different kinds of badges.

It is important all the people involved with SFI.
- SFI management use it to motivate and recognize its affiliates for their achievements.
- For the affiliates it gives a sense of accomplishments and pride. But at the same time he also use it to motivates his PSA to emulate what he has accomplished.
- For the PSA it gives them inspiration to work hard also.
- Foe the prospective recruits it give them confidence that the person who is recruitng him is reliable and omitted.

Send them to your leadership page to read your latest blog and advice to keep up their interest, and as they are there they will see your badges and realize that they to, can achieve them with your support and continuous contact. There is nothing better than seeing your own first badge and realize that the next one is not far away! That is duplication by example.

Badges are important because they show your team that you practice what you preach and that you work at what you do in this business. Badges also are tools to encourage affiliates that they can do what you have done. When an affiliate receives a badge, it is recognition for what he has done and it helps his team by encouraging affiliates that they can duplicate his actions.

In my opion i think that is important to have the badges because it encourages me to stay active and also to never give up because once you give up you loose your badges and also your affiliates will see that your not interested into helping them to learn to become successful and if your not becoming successfull if your not earning your badges yes it seems very hard at times to earn them but once you earn them it gives you strength and you feel very proud of yourself and it makes you want to to keep earning more badges and to become stonger into becoming successfull
