Greeting Stephen and fellow SFI Affiliates.

Goals are set as follows and should be written down ON PAPER so you can read them in the morning and before you go to bed each day.

1. Where do I want to be?

2. Where am I now?

3. How do I get from where I am to where I want to be?

4. What am I prepared to do and give to achieve my outcome?

Go on, write it down ON PAPER right now. When you have read it out loud to yourself, EVERY day, morning

The first step to take to set proper goals for oneself is to consider what you want. Have a careful considering of what you what to achieve at a certain time before you begin setting your goals.
Are you looking for a good income? Are you looking forward to building a bigger team with your downline? Just ask yourself what you want and when you're certain of what you want, you'll know the goals you have to set to achieve them.
Be sure you don't set goals that will be too hard for you

You should keep track of your previous month achievement and according to it try to start setting your goals. Once you have set up your goals do the maximum to achieve it.

For example if last month you were able to sponsor 10 PSA so try to set it to 15 PSA this month. By doing so you are competing with your last month goal and will push you to aim higher and consequently increase your performance which in term will give you higher success rate at SFI.

This is call self motivation.

I set my goals for SFI based on the following things
1. The real effort and time I put in the business;
2. The results I have seen for myself till now;
3. Working strategies I used and of course I always try new ones;
4. Analyzing and removing the mistakes I do in team communication and relationships with my people /why don't they duplicate/;

In the business is a must to be realistic, innovative and creative. It's good to have daydreaming experience, but if it's not

The goals tab does a very good job, but I use the following as a guide. I set SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relative and Timely.

An example: I am going to spend 30 minutes every day recruiting affiliates. Sounds like a good goal, right? But think about it, what if I am so busy tomorrow that the only involvement with SFI I have is to complete my to-do list? Well, I just busted my goal. Also, how long am I going to do this for? There's no timeline here.

Some people believe that if you set very high goals for yourself, you will work doubly or triply hard to avoid failure of achieving that goal. For those who do succeed in accomplishing their goals this way, good for them. For those who didn’t, they will only feel disappointment and that all their efforts have gone to waste.

However, do note that setting goals that are too low is also considered unrealistic. You will not realise your full potential in SFI and may end up doing just

Hi Stephen -

The first goal should be to completely committing yourself to SFI.

Feel your way around. Minimum Goal EA2 - Goals should be set as high
as your efforts. And as your experience and knowledge grows so should your goals.

Remember when first signing up with SFI and how you answered
"What's your main goal you're trying to achieve" -

Get Rich
Get out of debt
Improve standard of living
Early retirement etc.

Re-evaluate

Setting goals is something we all do either conciously or sub-conciously daily. Set REALISTIC goals that will focus your efforts in the short term. It is important that they are realistic, because you will get disheartened if you set these too high and do not achieve them!

This business is a marathon not a sprint, and we are all looking to achieve a residual income in the long term through consistant daily routine. I try to set my goals for the year and then break them down into smaller

Always keep This in your mind that setting these goals is a reflection of your plan for the whole month. Which you will implement to get to your set goals.
Now Setting up your monthly Goals is very Simple,
Go to your goals tab at your Sfi's Home page, You will see tabs like these
.
Goal Current Percent Completed
New PSAs 0 0%
EA2 PSAs 0 0%
New PRMs (this month) 0 0%
My PRM Sales (this month) $0.00 0%

Making a plan each day preferably each week at the end of the day and week is the way to schedule your time. I write down what is to be done on a daily basis. For instance, is on my list at the end of the day I make sure I go there before retiring for the day this is my focus. Of course, I try to get there at the beginning of each day however, the daily routine takes up most of my day the most important thing is to open up every evening to inventory when I finish with my daily routine it's the best
