This really depends on what is important to you. There is no point setting a goal to visit Norway if you hate the cold. Or to sky dive if you hate heights.

We all want to be "successful" in what we do. But we all measure "success" differently. Some want lots of money. Some want just a few extra dollars to stop their baby crying of hunger. Some just like helping people, building teams, etc.

You must decide for yourself what it is that you want, then work out a plan to get there. There are always 2 critical points, like in any journey. One is "where do you want to get to?" The other is "where are you right now?"

Given those 2 points you can pick a spot roughly halfway from here to there. Then pick a spot halfway to that point. Keep doing this until you can see one step forward and you can put one foot forward to that spot. Now repeat the process.

Bear in mind that goals will always change. Like the journey, you'll encounter uphills and downhills. Road blocks. Diversions. Every time this happens, rethink the 2 points "where do I want to get to?" and "where am I now?". Break it down until you can step forward. And repeat.

to set goals in SFI i think you should do this :

1. Never Give Up, if you give up all will be in vain so you must be really committed to
so whatever happens you will survive and focus to achieve your goals

good thing, because they can be used as stepping stones on the way to achieving the

6 - If financially able set up standing orders for S-Builder, 100 Triple clicks and IAHBE. If not able then Strive to use free promotions methods until they earn enough monthly income to set up these orders

Thanks for the good question. For you set a proper goal for yourself in SFI:
Firstly, you need to know about the SFI – knowing their mission and vision before you can set your goal. Knowing that SFI is set out to help people create second job for themselves, improving their standard of living, for life income and so on will help you to know what you will set in your goal.

Secondly, you need to be realistic
For starters in SFI, goals should not be unrealistic. It’s all well to dream big, and you definitely should. But big dreams don’t come to fruition all at once. They are built a little bit at a time. Even small projects have numerous stepping stones along the way.
Such stepping stones are great. Each time you get to check one off the list you see you’re that much closer and it’s a self-sustaining way for you.
Another problem is that if a goal is unrealistic you’ll lose momentum on it fast, if you even get started at all.
For those that are not new in SFI, before you set your goal you need to be realistic by checking your previous achievement and base your new goal on the ground of what is obtainable.
Again, I’m not trying to bash anyone’s dreams here. Of course you can make a million dollars or introduce hundreds of new PSAs or EA2 PSAs and you should go for it. But start smaller. Start with a hundred dollar, then add another one thousand dollar, you can also add to introduce 5 – 10 PSAs in the first month and then add next month like more 5. Each step of the way is then within grasp and before you know it you’ll have your millions and hundreds of PSAs.

Thirdly, you need to be specific on what you want to achieve.
“I want to be selling products in Tripleclicks” isn’t really an active goal. There are countless product out there and if you just randomly go list one that isn’t what you wanted to be selling, then you haven’t really achieved your goal have you?
No, pick the one you want to be selling and list them to work towards that one specifically.
With a specific goal like that, you’ll know exactly how close you are at every step and you’ll know exactly when you accomplish that goal.

Fourthly, you need to Give it a Deadline
A goal must have a specific time limit noted. A goal without time is not a goal. Without a deadline, it just ends up being pushed further and further away. Put a time limit on it and you’ll be accountable for starting it and keeping it going.
If you don’t start something, there’s no way in hell you’ll ever finish it either

Use this acronym "SMART" which stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-based.

Specific: it must be very specific.
Measurable: set an amount (how much income you want to make? or how many affiliates you will help achieve EA status?)
Achievable: be reasonable with the time it will take to achieve the goal.
Relevant: your goal must be relevant (i.e. personal) to your life. It is the driving force that pushes you to do the business.
Time-based: when do you want to reach this goal?

Setting yourself goals in SFI is like setting goals in other fields too. For example, if you click on the "goals" tab, you get a set of parameters for which you can set your goals. Look at each parameter and visualize what you could possibly achieve this month against each. Be realistic but set yourself a goal which is slightly higher than what you can possibly achieve. This means your goals should be basically realistic but at the same time challenging. That will give you sufficient motivation to go that extra mile and try and achieve a challenging goal. Does not matter if you fall short of that slightly.

For example, if you think you can sponsor 3 PSAs this month, set yourself a goal of 5. Even if you are able to do only 4, it is ok. In goal setting, it is not necessary to score 100% ; it is desirable to do your best.

"Aim at the stars ; and you will at least reach the top of the mountain !".

First and foremost you have to know yourself, your capabilities and your drive.

A child from a poor home could see a plane fly past and say to himself, "My goal is to become a pilot when I grow up." Certain ones would hear that and say that is an unrealistic goal, but if that child works hard enough, takes advantage of every chance he has, is very studious, he may win himself a scholarship and he is on his way to attain that dream, that goal set in his childhood.

We all know a goal is that which you put before you and then you try to reach it. It is important that you know what you want and consider how you would get there. SFI is a business, it needs commitment, so you examine your circumstances- financial and otherwise, and grow your business with that in view.

Remember, it is not simply setting goals that matter, it is setting ATTAINABLE goals.

First look at the goals you made for yourself last month. Did you make all of these goals? Did you make some of these goals? Maybe you were close in making some goals and others you were not so close.

The secret to setting and making SFI goals are to review your goals from last month and determine why some goals were made and some were not. Adjust your goals for the next month so you make them or come closer to making you goals.

If you don't make all you goals each month then that's great! Think of it as a challenge to work harder and make that goal next month.

So, arrived here... what to do? Here at SFI there are a lot of information and without reading I have no chance to understand what is it and what about... so my first goal was that: to understand this business as good as I can... because I wanted to decide: to do or not to do? So, I started to COLLECT INFORMATION beside the VPs... You have to know: the information are more important than the VPs!!!

If you have correct information, you can make a correct decision.
If you made a correct decision, you can set up suitable goals.
If you set up suitable goals, you can focus your power to achieve them...
If you achieved them you will set up higher aims and you will strive to get to the top...

Setting goals is not just about writing down something. It includes careful monitoring and control periodically to ensure you are following what you wrote down.

That is the reason why SFI have added a review of the goals tab - https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=goals. You will not earn your 1VP from the goals tab until you state what you have done on that day to meet your goal.

Hence while setting your goals, remember to make them specific, measurable, attainable/achievable, realistic and timed bound. It is called the SMART Principle. Also Make sure to follow the KISS Approach(Keep It Short and Simple).
