There are several methods I use to attract new PRMs. They include personal recruiting an online advertising. But these are the two most effective things I have done.

First and Foremost is the Gift Card program. It is the best ROI product available for marketing in SFI. If you are not using it, start. Why?
1. You pay 99 cents for a tool values at 12.00.
2. You can recruit to purchasing, games or the auctions.
3. The Participation in the Distribustar drawing can be very rewarding.

Second I recruit friends and family via Facebook by offering them a Gift Certificate to buy themselves a present. This works great with family for whom I would be buying a present anyway. I will tell them, go to this store, register and I will send you a $20.00 gift certificate to buy your birthday present. Remember this is family, not just anyone out there. Since I live in Thailand and my extended family is in the USA this is how I do all my gifting, Birthdays, Christmas and special holidays.

When a friend has a birthday in my social media I encourage them to sign up at TripleClicks and I will send the the money to buy a gift listed in my ECA store. I use the Gift Certificate to do this. It is an item that costs 3.89 that I can send them from my store.

As a result I have 1000s of PRMs many of whom are active in purchasing.

All my facebook friends are friends and not prospects. Therefore I use a strategy that is two fold.

1. I soft sell. I share common links and videos and websites of interest but embed my SFI ads in the share. Here is an example:

What a great day we had with family here. This is the Songkran holiday season. It is a wild and crazy holiday. It is like a city wide water fight. You cannot go out of your house without getting wet. Now I use a tool offered on TripleClicks that will embed my SFI ads into the website I am sharing. They get to see the Tiger Kingdom and get exposed to my ads. Soft Sell.

2. Whenever a special moment occurs I do not just say congratulations, I say here is a reward, a free $12.00 gift card you can use in my store. I do this on Linkedin when someone starts a new job, or has an anniversary, or a birthday. I will also go to TripleClicks and, knowing them, I locate a product that they would have interest in.

As a result I now have, as of this writing, 612 PRMs.

There have been many good answers offered to this question. I agree heartily with many of them.

Mentioned already:

-Help them prepare the appropriate documents to sign up.
-Help them make their first 1 or 2 listings.
-Treat them as a customer and provide good customer service.
-Promote their products in your stream messages and PSA/CSA mailer.

All these are very good ideas. There are 2 more that I would like to add.

1. I offer 10 Triple Click Gift Cards to my new ECA to give to their existing customers. There are several reasons I do this. First, if they do not sell online already, the Gift Card gives them a tool to help customers know about their online store and there are many customers who may prefer to buy that way. Second, these existing customers already buy and if they buy through TC it generates activity for the ECA and he will stay active. Three, I get the commissions from these established buyers where as I would not get commissions if they were buying from the ECA directly, not using TC. And forth and final, their existing customers become my TC members. If the ECA needs more cards I am happy to provide them.

2. I try to focus my recruiting efforts on companies that offer products I want to buy and use. Maybe that product is on SFI already, maybe not, but I would rather get the commissions of buying it from my own sponsored ECA. And I can assure the new ECA they will certainly have one very loyal customer.

An example I am working on right now:

I can no longer purchase the Silver76Pack. I have made 4 purchases so far, but they can no longer ship it to my country. So, I am in negotiations with local providers. If they will become an ECA I will make a purchase each and every month. Good for them, good for me.

I have found the Very Best marketing tool to be the Gift Cards.

I recruit people using a landing page and deliver the Gift Card in an email. Because I use a landing page I can continue to engage the prospect through my Auto Responder email campaign. In this campaign I remind them to use the Card. I also show them many TC products I have purchased and used, suggesting they do the same. Every third of forth email says, "And this is another way you could use your 6 TCredits." Or, "Did you know you can win more TCredits playing .... T-Time, Card King etc"

This way even if a prospect does not employ the Gift Card I continue to engage them.

Also when I recruit a new member to SFI I encourage them to sign up using a gift card. That way I can help them engage in TripleClicks, T-Time, Games and Auctions right from the start. They see and experience TripleClicks and that improves their ability to be an affiliate and engage in affiliate marketing themselves.

The Gift Card has been by far my very best marketing tool.

When I engage a new ECA prospect there are a few things I address with them.

1. The first thing I ask them is, "What is your Alexa Rating?" Most do not even know what Alexa is. So I ask them for there website address and I input it into the Alexa Website. All ECA prospects I have engaged have Alexa ratings that are very high, in the millions. Many have a warning returned by Alexa that says "not enough data to rate". The higher your rating the fewer people seeing your website. Then I show them TripleClicks Alexa Rating. As of this writing it is: 7,761. And Alexa has a lot of other demographic data that is helpful in convincing an ECA he needs to be on TripleClicks.

2. I recruit ECAs from whom I would purchase goods. And I become their first customer.

3. I show them my ECA store and how well I am doing. This is important. One month after they open their ECA they will want to know why I do so much better than they do. I explain that they need training on internet marketing and that TripleClicks has an affiliate program that will provide that training free. It is called SFI.

4. When appropriate I show how a vendor can include links in his website that allow a shopper to be in the vendor's website but make his purchases through TripleClicks. I make the BUY NOW buttons in their website link directly to a product in TripleClicks opening a new window to make his purchase. And this product link contains my SFI ID and the customer becomes my PRM. Unless of course the ECA is interested in being an SFI Affiliate.

I have several AutoResponder campaigns and they are very fruitful.

I have campaigns using SFI as my example. Such as:
Rules of success. I have rewritten many of these articles to be more general but then I specifically apply the principle to my SFI business. I have a part that will say:

"What does it mean to me to treat my business and a business, to show up to work everyday? Well in SFI I engage in some daily tasks that help me know more about the products I offer, more about the market, and more about the SFI company.... And I am rewarded by SFI every day as I do these tasks with shares in the profit pool. Rewarded to do the work that promotes my business, that is a great way to work."

So I am sharing good business principles while promoting my SFI Business.

Another thing I do is run "topical" email campaigns, like "Improve your email conversions". In the context of the mailing I include offerings to products in TripleClicks that are content appropriate.

I run a Marketing Campaign that speaks about marketing principles and how the effect what is real business, schemes, or scams online. Again I use SFI as a sample of real business and products from TripleClicks to provide content appropriate support.

The first month I emphasize the Executive Pool and collecting Versa points. This gets a person well trained.

The second month it is harder to gain the VP you need but I emphasis getting the free points but I move on to Sponsoring. If in the second month we can recruit 5 or 6 people making EA, then you'll gain on their EA2 status the following month.

Then the third month I emphasize Direct Commissions. The pay check of the first 2 months is pitifully low. If you are going the free route and not investing in advertising and purchases you commonly receive about $0.79 or so. So the Affiliate os a little frustrated and ready, I think, to tackle Direct commissions. Find a useful ebook that gives a good commission and if he sells 3 or four to his downline he is going to double or triple his commissions.

Then in the 4th month I emphasize ECAs both starting your own and recruiting businesses. This will significantly enhance your bottom line and that is what KEEPS affiliates active.

Along with Direct Sales and ECA recruitment I use the $12.00 Gift Cards to recruit direct buyers to TC and I offer some free Gift Cards to any ECA that joins my team from outside SFI.

We are here to make money and when we systematically go about making money we will see affiliates engaging.

There was a recent post in the forum that I read that distinguished between prospecting and Soliciting. In such forums as you mention here it is soliciting that is equated with spamming. Everyone is involved in these forums to prospect.

I do three major things in this area of prospecting:

1. I try to build rapport. I ask questions and see who responds. I begin a conversation with that person and eventually it leads to exposure to my SFI business. But that exposure is now a response to an expressed need or desire and the prospect is much more responsive.

2. I offer value added content free. I offer people e-books I have written that explains Banner Advertising or Duplication, or Responsive Landing Pages. I have written this content and all my examples of how to do anything in the area of the report is contextually SFI. For example I share on why one SFI Banner is more Responsive than another. I explain split testing of emails and why this SFI email ad was better than that SFI email ad. etc.

3. I include as a soft sell ads for SFI, TC, EZ and PB with unrelated content that I may send a person. To illustrate: In a forum they may be discussing LinkedIn. I share a YouTube link so they can watch a short video on maximizing LinkedIn for business. Or perhaps building a great LinkedIn profile. The link to the YouTube is actually to a personal splash page presenting the Youtube nested in my ads.

These things people find helpful and unobtrusive. They are therefore much more responsive. And if they value the content I share they will begin to value my choices for the business I have chosen to engage in. And if they value my input they desire to be on my team.

Thanks for the question. It is very complicated. There are many parameters to consider.

The language issue has been addressed in many answers already. But there are a lot more variables.

You want to advertise in countries where the people are bent on success. The hungrier you are the hard you work for your dinner. Some of the "richer" countries are complacent. They may buy in to their rank with cash, but they may not really duplicate except among others who can buy in. But hungry people figure out how to succeed even with limited funds. And if they duplicate that - watch out - there are a lot more people in the world with limited funds, than not.

Also, I think many of the countries that have not been on any lists here in the answers I have read are countries with talented people but who have no access to markets where they can make their services known and available. TripleClicks provide that market and it is a boon to those out there trying to make it.

You heard it said Buy Low Sell High. Well national economies are another issue. Where would it be better than in countries with low labor rates and selling to countries with very high labor rates. I sell a product for 3.89 in TripleClicks that I can buy here at 25 cents. That is a very acceptable profit margin. That is an advantage to those in countries so far, not listed.

The real answer to your question is, "Who are you and What are you prepared to do to help your affiliates succeed." That will help you know what countries are best.

My short answer is: All countries are best. Anyone ready to go can join my team.

What keeps a team moving? I think it is Eye's Fixed, Visions Clear.

We've all got dreams of making it ‘big’ one day, but how many of us actually follow through with those dreams? We make excuses for our lack of success, saying things like, “Life got in the way,” or “I can't handle anymore rejection.”

But not you! You're on the fast-track to fame and success. Isn't that so?

Think you've got what it takes to make it big? Here are some signs you're right:

1. You've Got A Dream (A Big One!) Eyes Fixed.

Keep your eyes fixed on that dream. What do you want to accomplish? What are your hopes and dreams? What is your "Why"? Why am I doing this? Why did I start? Keep your eyes fixed on the WHY. Having a dream is crucial for success. Before you can start your journey, you need to have a goal in mind! You're eyes are fixed on the destination.

In the words of Walt Disney, "If you can dream it, you can do it." (And before you can do it, you've got to dream it!)

2. You've Got A Road Map. Vision Clear/Mission Clear.

What steps do you need to take each and every day to get where you want to be? Who do you need to know? What skills do you need to have?

But, let's be real here, nothing EVER goes exactly according to plan. You need to be able to adapt to whatever life throws at you. Changes at SFI cannot force you off this journey. Disappointments with your team can't stop you. Think of those things as detours. They're not a huge deal as long as you figure out how to get back on the main road! And often they create new opportunity.

3. You're Extremely Curious

You need to have an innate fascination with whatever it is you're working toward. Just yesterday I added a picture to a forum post just because I wanted to know how to do it. I supposed the picture helped, but my real motive was I was Curious. You're curiosity will put you ahead of those who just do what they already know. And will uniquely equip you to keep your team moving.

You've got to learn as much as you can about the industry, the people, the culture, and so on. You need to want to be consumed by it. You've got to understand the problems and be excited about finding solutions. You've got to be passionate, excited, and curious about all areas of the SFI biz.

4. You're A Little Cocky (Just A Little)

If you really want to make it, you've got to have confidence in yourself and your abilities. Without confidence, you can so easily get crushed by negativity and criticism – things you will have to deal with once you hit the spotlight.

You have to be confident. You have to trust yourself. And you have to have a deep understanding that you're going to make it.

5. You Realize Failure Is A Minor Setback, Not A Game Changer

If you're even thinking about making it big one day, the word “quit” can't be in your vocabulary. In the end, you don't succeed because you don't fail; you succeed because you don't give up. The second you quit, you've lost.

Take Michael Jordan, for example. He has a famous quote, "I've failed over and over again in my life, and that is why I succeed." The only reason he succeeded was because he didn't let those failures discourage him to the point of quitting. Why? Because he realized his failures were only minor setbacks - not game changers.

I guarantee you that everyone you look up to has failed at one point or another, but did that stop them from picking themselves back up and moving forward? No way, Jose. And that’s why they're successful.
