There are several methods I use to attract new PRMs. They include personal recruiting an online advertising. But these are the two most effective things I have done.

First and Foremost is the Gift Card program. It is the best ROI product available for marketing in SFI. If you are not using it, start. Why?
1. You pay 99 cents for a tool values at 12.00.

All my facebook friends are friends and not prospects. Therefore I use a strategy that is two fold.

1. I soft sell. I share common links and videos and websites of interest but embed my SFI ads in the share. Here is an example:

There have been many good answers offered to this question. I agree heartily with many of them.

Mentioned already:

-Help them prepare the appropriate documents to sign up.
-Help them make their first 1 or 2 listings.
-Treat them as a customer and provide good customer service.
-Promote their products in your stream messages and PSA/CSA mailer.

I have found the Very Best marketing tool to be the Gift Cards.

They have been for me the very best return on Investment. Why?

You receive Sales VP when you purchase them.
You receive Action VP when you record the distribution of these cards.
You receive Prizes when you win the Distribustar drawing. These prizes include addition 30 card packs that become very useful.
You can use them to recruit to Purchasing, Games or Auctions.

When I engage a new ECA prospect there are a few things I address with them.

1. The first thing I ask them is, "What is your Alexa Rating?" Most do not even know what Alexa is. So I ask them for there website address and I input it into the Alexa Website. All ECA prospects I have engaged have Alexa ratings that are very high, in the millions. Many have a warning returned by Alexa that says "not enough data to rate". I have several AutoResponder campaigns and they are very fruitful.

I have campaigns using SFI as my example. Such as:

The first month I emphasize the Executive Pool and collecting Versa points. This gets a person well trained.

The second month it is harder to gain the VP you need but I emphasis getting the free points but I move on to Sponsoring. If in the second month we can recruit 5 or 6 people making EA, then you'll gain on their EA2 status the following month.

Thanks for the question. It is very complicated. There are many parameters to consider.

The language issue has been addressed in many answers already. But there are a lot more variables.

You want to advertise in countries where the people are bent on success. The hungrier you are the hard you work for your dinner. Some of the "richer" countries are complacent. They may buy in to their rank with cash, but they may not really duplicate except among others who can buy
