I tell everyone of my Affiliates that the fast money is in Sales and big money is in affiliates. When you duplicate yourself in your affiliates you can really start to see big money. But it may be a slow and difficult climb.

So while you are building your affiliate business you could be making some significant cash through sales. You make sales of other people's products to new people who join TripleClicks and you will get a commission. You can sell product that will help people in their

What is the benefit of receiving non-active, re-assigned affiliates (PSAs) from your upline?

There is a benefit to the sender (upline), a benefit to the receiver (down line) and a benefit to the PSA re-assigned.

a. I have 381 Generation 1 PSAs. If I give some away, that are inactive, maybe with more personal and individual attention they will become active. The receiver has few PSAs, if any, and can give them more individual attention.
b. I can not financially offer incentives to everyone, giving some away allows me to share the incentive cost. When someone makes Fast

I rarely advertise SFI directly. I use Email Campaigns to offer value and educate my prospects I absolutely love it and the Affiliates I get from it are so much more responsive than any other form of recruitment I use.

Most forms of advertising are designed to create Brand Awareness. Unfortunately it take you and me forever and tons of money to Brand Ourselves. Most of us see advertising as a sales vehicle - it is not. It is a prospecting vehicle.

It is never a bad time to invest in yourself. So achieve Rank as soon and as often as possible.

Many say there is no need to achieve rank if you do not have a team. I think that you will find recruiting a team much harder if you are not aggressively seeking to achieve rank. It is one of the most powerful things in business - momentum.

Imagine if all the EAs under you thought this way. You would have a team in no time. And you are their leader so lead the way.

If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?

The short answer is yes. But this is a team effort. Work Together Rise Together. You are not the most capable person in every arena but you are the team leader. As such find the strengths and weaknesses of each team player and help the whole team to advance using one another's strengths.

I have a really cool situation. My PSA (fakename) Vinny is the CSA of another one of my PSAs (fakename) Bob. So I am Vinny's sponsor and I am Bob's sponsor and Bob is Vinny's Co-Sponsor. Fun yet?

Since reading is so important to success, what book would be your #1 recommendation to SFI members and why?

Dave great question. I am recording many of the answers.

As others have said, one book is tough to come up with. Most the answers I have read refer to motivational books. We all need to be motivated. But I have found that greatly motivated people still succeed by engaging in right practices.

The two books I would like to offer are books that helps us engage in the right actions. They help us understand how we think and challenges us to think differently, to change our paradigm

I have set up an auto responder. How can I determine if my auto responder is working?

By working you can mean two things:

1. Technically working. That is a person signs up and you are assured they are getting your email campaign.

2. Principally working. That is the efforts and emails are producing conversions. Conversions being the desired outcome of joining the email campaign. That might be, new affiliates, qualified affiliates, or perhaps trained Affiliate. Or that might be more product exposure for TripleClicks and more sales. What ever the desired outcome

Is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience?

People who are poor in English skills can really be facing a challenge. That challenge is greater still if they are also poor in computer skills. These can both be overcome with training but both the sponsor and the affiliate need to be ready to work hard.

Here are a couple of things I do to help my English 2nd language people with their business.

1. I provide a Stream file. This is a file with many encouraging or challenging or educational posts in it that they can post in

What's best for team building...doing my own advertising or buying PSAs?

Each activity is a list building activity.

If you buy PSAs they join SFI and my years of experience show, they do nearly nothing. I did not start getting PSAs active until I realized that. It wasn't until I realized that PSAs joining SFI from advertising where not joining my team but joining my list, my SFI list.

This include both activities, personal ads and purchased PSAs.

When I realized I am building an SFI list much changed. First when I purchased PSAs I received

Today I received an email that caused me to reflect on this very question.

Only this guy is not going to disengage but engage more. The subject of the email was:
"An Observation"

This guy is a very good friend and one of my PSAs.

This was the basic info he shared in his letter to me:
My activity for February was significantly greater than previous months.
February VP: 21448 vs Total VP: 48091

My winnings were also much greater.
