You can implement webinars in several ways to both build and train your team. First, you can design a webinar for recruiting new PSA's. You should design a powerpoint presentation to outline all of the benefits of starting a home business, as well as showing how SFI is the best choice for starting a new venture. You can have some of your affiliates join you on the websinar and give a live testimonial on there own experience with SFI. Then always end the webinar with a "call to action" this

I would start by defining your goals for each webinar/video series.
Write them down, memorise them, tweak them. Write a script for each episode as if you were writing a college essay. Summarise the what this unit will cover and then in point form write it down. Ponder the points, refine your wording for clarity and simplicity as many of the users of this asset my not have English as their first language. Check the order, the pacing, the emphasis. Inject some humor or fun into the proceedings.

In the webinar you need to have a larger group of members. Before that, you need to have a group's social networks as facebook or something where it regularly group members share their experiences.
You have lots of choices to choose which service to maintain the webinar but I recommend some where it is very easy to attend and have a light commands to the weakest computer users could use it.
The theme of the webinar should be full of live and to contribute to a greater success of your SFI

Hi!

I love webinars. Webinars are a great way to teach our downline everything we know ourselves. Each of us has ours own strategies and techniques that we have developed over time and through experiments. If you want to have a strong, stable and active team then certainly advise webinars or facebook group to which would be conducted training of old and new members.

Knowledge should be shared not keep it to yourself. Knowledge has power only when transmitted to others, and

That's inspiring I have never though of it, but from the angle your question is coming from I will give it a short. Without waiting much of your time, it depends on your approach to letting your dowliners to know what you doing to awoke their interest.

The Strategy you deploy in business is often unique to you and it lies in your ability to sell same to others.

Some Webinars cost money to use or require your audience to jump through a lot of hoops to attend. You are also assuming the audience is rather adept at Internet navigation. I do think it is a good idea, but may I suggest you look at several different ones available, and try to keep it simple?

Another idea along those lines would be a You Tube video, with links to Skype (if you have it) so you could talk to your prospects to answer questions. Some of the things I think we need to ask

I suggest you send out to your genealogy an email alerting them to your training webinar and give them a Date and time and link to where you will hold it.
Make it informative and relevant to a topic of high interest so it catches their attention. Follow this up with a link for them to sign up to attend which should include their email address so you may alert them a day before the webinar and again the day of it as most people need a lead time and reminders since they lead full time lives as

Good question!
Webinars have really become popular and most organizations are using them. For one, they are easy to plan and cost effective because your audience does not need to travel and/or put up in a hotel. Indeed you can us them in marketing and training your downline.
Webinars are also good because your audience will see and hear you at the same time and hence your points will sink thereby achieving your objective. Please note, ears are good for learning as opposed to eyes.
However,
