The only difference with the ECA from other countries is that if you know their language or are your, or, as is most commonly used English language that you and ECA know English to be able to understand. It is essential that you can communicate with your potential ECA, that he can explain what to do, how TripleClicks works and everything else that goes along with ECA.

Country/region do not depend of people who want to be successful. If people choose to work with you it is doesn't matter where are they from. SFI is open 24/7 for everybody. In my opinion, the way we approach prospective ECAs should not vary by Country/Region.

My reason is that SFI gives us same information on how to approach prospective ECAs, unless one creates their own rules. Refer to SFI Basics.

the best thing in or to keep cordial relationship with ECA in a country or region is first being connected with the ECA .ask question of any kind related to this product.
you can also have a discount of any product if being connected with them.

I would like to define the word 'approach' in order to better understand the meaning of my answer to your question.

I would like to believe that what you mean by the word 'approach' here is the manner of how you are going to market or introduce your business to prospective ECAs. If that is so, my answer is yes. One of the reason being every country/region has its unique trait/personality, if you might say it that way. It's like the saying, "Different strokes for different folks." Learn the lingo, culture of the country/region that you intend to approach so that they may be more accepting to your proposal. So, I guess it is better to customize your approach to better get a more positive response.
