The best method is the SFI method.

SFI has this amazing button that reads START. Clicking that button gives an affiliate a brief over view of what they will learn, where they will learn it, and how long it will take. It leads you to the SFI Basics button and then the Launchpad button.

If they follow the instructions they will learn about the E-365 contest and how to stay above the green line. They will learn about the Fast Track program and how it explodes their earnings potential.

SFI can be overwhelming - so much information, so much to take in.

1st I make sure I welcome every new team member and assure them that I am available if they have questions.

I first suggest to them to do the most important things - like whitelisting e-mail addresses, Liking SFI on Facebook and Twitter, getting the Fast Track badge, staying above the green line. I basically tell them to follow their VP ledger day by day.

It will eventually be up to them to decide

This is a good question that applies to any new business owner. There is a lot to learn along with the desire to be in profit as soon as possible.

The good news for you is that SFI has that covered for you. Simply refer PSA's to their Launchpad training, which will guide them through the nooks and crannies of SFI one step at a time.

They also have a To-Do list that neatly lays out what actions need to be taken on a regular basis.

Your job is to be there for them,

Good question..!

Let's call in for a Booster..

Haha, jokes..
But it is true.. If we have $500 to contribute to our business, I am sure many of us would easily reach a PTL.

So, that's partly the answer to it.

Invest in our business. Purchase items that not only builds us versapoints, but also those items act as our monthly tools or pillars firmly attached as our Strong Foundation ground.

Hello Ritu

Every one wants that when his/her PSA joins, he/she should speed up with SFI business. But when they see lot of information on the website, they shy away as many of us do not like to read any thing. So what are the solutions?

In my opinion, this is the prime duty of the Sponsor to set up communication with his PSA. The communication is the key to success. Without communication, you cannot guide/support or help your PSAs.The best ways of communications with your PSAs

Hi Ritu,

One should always remember to Keep it Short and Simple.
SFI provides a lot of Training and e-mails to Train new affiliates and we are only to guide them along the way, until they understand SFI better.

I got short, effective notes from my upline when I started out, which lead me to being interested in the Topic at hand or to find out more what exactly they referred to.

In the beginning it also helps if you could include the specific link of the Topic

Dear Ritu

It is very important that you set up communication channels with your newly recruited PSAs as soon as possible, the only you can succeed in pursuing them to speed up their SFI Business.
Use the following methods once communication has been set between you and them:

1. Gift them 10 Tcredits as a gift (you are allowed to gift only 10 Tcredits once). The PSA now can take part in EZ games, play Card King, Gold streak etc.

2. Tell them if they log in everyday

Sometimes you have to overwhelm them. It helps. SFI is not a place to pet any one to start up with. Just as you are, so are they. The only difference is that you are just their sponsor or team leader.

Overwhelming them means you are not making them to see the opportunities for themselves and taking challenge. You have to set a good foundation for yourself first and they will follow because they will definitely be challenged along the way for themselves individually and personally, which

First off in your welcome message make sure they know to check out the 3 tabs: START, SFI BASICS, and LAUNCHPAD so that they can get a overview on both the company, TC , and what they will be doing to start their business.

Then on your leadership page, write down ( I do it in the blog section ) exactly what you are doing to get PSA's/PRM's so that they can then choose to either do it the way you have directed or choose a different path. Put a link to your leadership page in the welcome

We must remember that they are getting messages from SFI, as well as from the Sponsor. The way to get your PSA up to speed is to first find out where they are.

Remember, everyone is entitled to work at their own pace. If you PUSH, you might push them right out of business.

Questions are a great source of finding where you can help. Questions like, "Are you understanding the LaunchPad lessons?", "Do "The Rules of Success" make sense to you?
