Some PSAs are fast learners and others are slow. You can't give the fast learners too much information and you will definitely choke those that take their time to digest information. So how do you balance? Treat all of your PSAs as if they were totally new to marketing online. Make it plain and simple. Then when they ask you for more and some will then give them more a little at a time. It's akin to spoon feeding. The baby will let you know when they want more!

The analogy is not intended to insult anyone but it is so very true. If PSAs don't respond to your emails then they are disengaged and 'fed up'. As long as they are opening your emails and engaging with the content then you know they are digesting the material.

You are a sponsor focused on helping your affiliates succeed with SFI. You will be well advised to keep in mind the three fundamental principles below:
1. Success with SFI is based on sound knowledge and action.
2. Every SFI Affiliate will go only at their own natural pace.
3. The best way to help a PSA is to adhere and follow the sponsoring guidelines.

If you apply these principles in the support you are providing to your PSAs, you will successfully help them build their businesses and their teams. At the same token, you will be an awesome sponsor and and successful SFI Team Leader.

As sponsors, we have a methodology outlined to us in the training sections pertaining to Affiliate manager, sponsoring and rules of success. These are the guidelines we need to fully understand and apply. Then, we need to keep in mind the following:

PSAs will be up to speed only when they have the basic knowledge of SFI
SFI, rightfully, emphasizes knowledge acquisition. The design of the "Home Page" highlights the basic knowledge that is critical to understanding SFI, its inner workings and the right path to reaching one's goals without being lost, and without being overwhelmed. A new PSA enjoys a 30 days learning period.The combination of the daily to-do-list, the planned actions in the VP Ledger, and the launchpad lessons gives to the new PSA a thorough knowledge and a plan of action. These two components are sound and very effective in helping an affiliate be up to speed, by the end of the first 30 days.

Wanting to push an affiliate to go faster is fraught with risks of making him leave out large segments of the knowledge base not fully understood. That knowledge lacking, the affiliate will, later on, face difficulties he cannot solve and questions to which he does not have answers. He will have to go back searching for solutions.

A PSA will work only at his/her natural pace
We have seen PSAs join SFI, get excited and dash to score a home run. In most case, the sponsor has had little input in this. Indeed, there are people who will work their businesses whether they get help from their sponsor or not. Such PSAs will reach team leader ranks and maintain their status. The role of the sponsor is to acknowledge them, establish a communication line, offer friendship, mentoring, help, suggestions and tips. However what these PSAs will appreciate the most is the recognition form their sponsor and upline, but with as little interference as possible. They are already at speed.

A second category of PSAs will respond to your messages. They will acknowledge having difficulties and will seek from you, their sponsor, clarification to their confusion as well as help to overcome the obstacles they are facing. These PSAs give to their sponsor the opportunities to be awesome. The sponsor's best reaction is to follow the guidelines to the letter.

Others will work much slower. Some new PSAs take months to fully get started. But once they have a good understanding, they will work at their own speed. You may send them all kinds of tips and suggestions. But, they will have to internalize the knowledge first before acting on it. You, the sponsor, your best course of action is to keep the communication lines open, doing the maximum of the outlined sponsoring activity.

And finally, we have affiliates who will remain inactive. That is part of our business. We have learned to deal with it and move on.

The Best Way to Help a new PSA is to adhere and apply the Sponsoring Guidelines.
In this business of our, I really do not believe in reinventing the wheel. We have a system built on a long, steady success track record. All that has been working effectively is made available to us, at our fingertips. What you should do to speed up PSA without overwhelming them is this.

Upon been assigned to you, first welcome them indicating you are there co.sponsor
If they need any assistance you will be glad to help.
However, explain all the bases of SFI to them letting them understand what is uptainable.
Tell then how important VP is that Affiliates cant do without. That failure to have a minimum
Of 1500 VP Will shattered there dream make him up and doing from (to do list), to the versa Point
Ledger where everything lies.
Make them understand VersaPoints Ledger which is located under hot spot, there the
Treasure lies, that doing his immediately action and weekly action will give him a sense
Of belonging.

Finally don't send him too much mail, for that will make him to stop asking questions on what he should learn, waiting reluctantly for your mail to guide him. Hope this help.

There are many ways to generate leads. And not all are bad, and some of them work better for you than others. It is only about your style and what with whom you feel most comfortable with. Firstly you can get your PSA's working my following up on them daily via mail to motivate them that their effort / hardworking is been noticed and recognized, which will enable them to qualify for the leadership rank. After all, our aim for working hard is to earn income and become a leader.
Secondly, you can also encourage any hardworking PSA's by giving them a free Tcredits from your as a price for hardwork and effort. Sometime some PSA's wants to participate in the daiky draw eg auction,games,selling of there on wanted goods etc,but due to lack of Tcredits,their hands are tired. Remember there is a great success in team work.
Lastly always remember to remind they of doing the daily needed full which are doing their list,buying their Tcredits to earn more points,participation in the auction, game etc. most importantly sponsoring more affiliates and buying of triple clicks products buy telling your friends and families.

Try sharing little blurbs here and there with your new PSAs. Information overload can cause new affiliates to crash and burn mentally and give up on SFI entirely.

Put together a small, albeit informative newsletter to pique their interests, too. Don't make it too wordy; most people have an "off" switch in their brain that they flip reading a bunch of jargon and legalese.

These might be some good ways for your new PSAs to keep abreast of the goings-on at SFI.

I think that there is no proven formula for the outcome that you want to achieve. Every human being is a story in itself, so this is what you should hold on. But you can always use some conditions, to find out who are PSA which have the highest chance of success in this business.

Such as :

1. Whether you are contacted regularly by them?
2. What is the essence of the questions that they ask you? ...etc.

This will give you information about how high potential they have for this business. Rate your PSA potential and that is the way you'll know which approach you can use to help them speed up progress with SFI company. Not every PSA or CSA member have same potential, it is absurd to think that this is possible. Constantly monitoring of their work will help you to find the best way to achive what you up to.

I firmly believe your welcome letter should only contain a welcome,where to find their
gateways/links, and where home and v.p. ledger are located.

Getting lost and feeling overwhelmed are a new persons first concerns.
Let them know they need 1500 v.p. this month and next if you see they are
going great guns.

Check on them the next day and go through their v.p. ledger.
