Inactive is always the case in any set up. Here in SFI, inactive CSAs or PSAs can be reduced to the barest minimum by making contacts and trying to identify the CSA's or the PSA's setback, if your downline now tells you his/her particular problem, then, you as a leader will stand a better chance of winning him/her back to SFI by giving him a tip which he can follow to solve the problem that is preventing him to become active.
Most people are motivated mainly due to the encouragement they

The question is really important. But I can suggest some possible way to make them active which are as follows:

1) Send them regular mail explaining the business.

2) some time also send some words of inspiration.

3) Search them in Facebook and then send them message if they accept request. If online with you then start chatting.

4) If active somewhat, then send some Tcredit as inspirational boosting.

5) Send them personal mail in their mail ID.

I would recommend that you plug your new CSAs into the system that you should already have in place:

1) Send them a "get to know you" email which makes it clear that you're focused on helping "them" succeed.

2) Provide access to your best tips for success or something similarly titled.

3) Communicate with them weekly.

4) Work with the workers. Follow the 80/20 rule in everything you do!

This whole process should be systemized

What i have learned here in all the great training is to work with the workers, to focus on the active members on your team. I do not agree with it completely because you never know when inactivitiy CSA's can turn to active. I treat the inactive CSA's just like your active CSA's. I send them a team mail saying SFI assigned me as their co-sponsor, that I am here to answer their questions if any, to give them support when they feel lacking confidence, regardless of their activity. I make a newsletter

What do I do?

I send them a team mail saying SFI assigned me as their co-sponsor, that I am here to answer their questions if any, to give them support when they feel lacking confidence.

One never knows when inactivitiy can turn to activity and when it does, they will know they have someone to turn to ask for help and explanations. Once they signed up, they obviously had the reasons for doing so. Sometimes pure curiosity, sometimes wishing to make money, sometimes uncertainty,

Even if they seem inactive it might just be that their time was not yet right. Now it is;) I have found people do not sign up to work at a corporation. They sign up to be part of a team and grow. Now they've found you they now have another chance to get serious with your encouragement and support. Go make a difference ;)

Let them know you are there not just for the good times but when they need help you are alongside them sharing their journey to success. Pick up the challenge of helping

Embrace them!

Now you have people on your list that signed up and have not done too much. It's time to get creative.

You have the opportunity to experiment with subject lines, content, formatting the content, closing your email, adding attachments to it, offering reports, eBooks, or videos, and any other ideas you have. This is your "laboratory" (along with your inactive PSAs).

These are people who have signed up and are not doing anything now. Your goal

That's actually same problem we are all facing, as you know you can take animal to river but you cannot force it to drink water. leave the animal there until it become tasty then by itself will bend down to drink water. One affiliate once said he was inactive for 4 years before he became active when he came across one of the Sponsor letter which motivated him. Don't be surprise that some of this inactive affiliate are late and if they are alive they will read your mail one day.

Mind you,

Every one of us at some point received inactive CSAs..I managed to make them active by sending them support mails, explaining them what they need to do (if needed task by task), what are the benefits of all what they do..Every member that asked me something, I answered back and tried to help..and guess what - they are active!!
So, do your best to help them and answer all their questions..be patient and you will have results!!

They are your source of self assessment results where you will know how much strong you are in staying motivated in continuing your business in SFI. They are no different from those who are unresponsive audience in a conducted business presentation. Maybe, they just have late point of realizing that SFI is a very good online platform in setting their business. So it is worth keeping them. You do not know they may become active one day. After all they were just assigned to you without any cost. What
