Inactive CSAs are opportunities and they can be motivated to perform and boost your income.

When I receive inactive CSAs I will contact them immediately and let them know that I have been assigned as their co-sponsor.

I will let the new CSAs know that I am here to assist and support them in building up their SFI Business.

I will also let them know that I am an SFI Team Leader and give them my Leadership Page link.

An encouraging message from me could result in them becoming more active which will benefit them and myself.

I will use the “send an e-mail/team mail to this group” link to send the message from my Genealogy.

I will also send instant messages to all my inactive CSAs from time to time using the STREAM tab on my home page at the Affiliate Center.

I will send newsletters to all my inactive CSAs using the CSA mailer.

Finally the “be an awesome sponsor” tips can be applied to my inactive CSAs too.

CSAs are either a "gift" when qualifying as EA or Team Leader (second Home CSAs) or won through Pricebenders Auctions, in the Daily Grand or in the Entrepreneur365 Finalist drawing

As I have noticed the CSAs received upon EA qualification are new sign-ups and the chances to become active are the same as any PSA we get through advertising. Second home CSAs have, more or less, indicated their status as they have alrready been with SFI at least for one month.

What I do is, send them a TeamMail message to introduce myself as their Co-sponsor (or new co-sponsor), welcome them to my team and offer my assistance whenever they require it. Then I monitor their activity through the MOVERS page and give them some advice or try to get their attention on certain points, like, for example, when they are below the green line or motivate them to reach the next rank when they are close to.

I always include them all to my weekly e-mail/TeamMail group messages, trying to motivate them along with my inactive PSAs and offering my help. And from time to time one or two of them will be motivated and start their activity with SFI.

However, as I have to work with my active dowline, I do not afford more time to the ones that remain silent and inactive unless I'll be approached by them.

Inactive CSAs! The first thing to do is not to give up on them. You always come across them in almost every MLM business. CSAs are potential builders and growers of your business and they need motivation to carry on.

You'd need to communicate with them regularly. Send them a heart-warming welcome letter the moment you receive them, the sample SFI letter will do.

Then communicate with them regularly. Go beyond reaching them using the team mail function, send them a direct email, and address them with their first names.

Make them feel they can trust you.

Sometimes these CSAs may just be laid back and would need someone to give them a reason to continue with SFI. Give them all the work processes they will need to make it in SFI. You may need to communicate more than the weekly required mails. Let them have the ABCs of SFI and then encourage them to call or email you when they need any help.

Also make it a point of duty to respond to them promptly the moment they indicate any interest in the business. Encourage them in any way you can. Sometimes transferring a few TCredits to them can be a great incentive.

Keep working on them. Share your success story with them and encourage them to try. In a team of 10 CSAs, you may be lucky to have 2-4 bounce back in the mid-term or long-term. At one point, i almost gave up on SFI but decided to read the mails my up line team members were sending me and they encouraged me to carry on.

An active CSA fetches you 15% commissions on all TripleClicks purchases.

Frankly speaking, I will not say that it is easy to cope with the inactive CSAs at all. But the fact is that since you do not have anyone to do what you are doing; you need not to relent on them. Due to this you need to do the following:

1. Write them group messages every week to encourage them to log on SFI.
2. Inform them all what they are to gain while being active in SFI.
3. Scan some of the checks you received from SFI and send to them as an evidence of your rewards for been active in SFI.
4. If you probably know any of them; you can do face to face contact.
5. Include in your message both group and private questions like: How do you want me to help you? What do you need to get going? And so on.
6. Be ready to answer any question you are thrown at by your CSAs.

Note: these are not guarantee that they will respond but keep doing them and one day who knows – one or two of them might turn to be active. Another thing is that you have to be ready for them when they turn around in order to move them on.

I would say they are inactive for two reasons:
Or they did not understand the SFI program well
or they don`t like it , maybe they were hoping for easy money.
In both case the first thing is to check their to-do tabs and see what they missed already, also if they are inactive longer to see if they can come back easier and move forward.There is no rule in all this, some of them have a great Sponsor and just don`t want to work and will be maybe more active and communicate with CO-Sponsor.
In the purpose of moving forward what is good thing for all, I usually send a personal message to each one separately, informing them about what they need to do to raise their results.Once.If they start to move and show some efforts to move forward , then I am proceeding with communication but no more then once a week personally telling them strictly what they suppose to do. They already get my weekly messages so I think that type in communication is just enough for someone who really want to work.I always answering on their questions if any, and I am giving them at knowledge that can ask for my help in any time.

How do you know they're inactive?

When you first receive CSA's they may have gone inactive because their sponsor didn't work with them. They may have signed up hoping to find the help they needed and when no one approached them to help, they just gave up.

Unless they removed themselves they will still be getting e-mails from corporate, and one personal e-mail from you, giving them the hope they need, could be all it takes to make them want to work again. But don't stop there. Treat them just like your most active PSAs and even as if they just started out in SFI. But first, check out their VP ledgers and see what they've done in the past. You might find out that you're mistaken about them. Let them know in the subject line of your e-mail that you're their NEW cosponsor and you are willing to give them the help they need to finally succeed with SFI.

As a matter of fact, I would even go so far as to tell them you can help them to become successful no matter what they do. Because SFI has a tendency to do that. I've known people who were heavy hitters in SFI back in the early days who no longer are in SFI but thanks to it, they've gone on to build their own successful business and are not making millions on the internet.

It all starts with just one step, and you could be the one who helps them to take that step! If that's not exciting, I don't know what is!

My answer to your question is, do not give up on them. It is your role as a co sponsor to give them encouragement and direction on how to navigate this business.
When I joined SFI, I didn't know what I was really getting into. I found this business through searching on internet, and I was skeptical at first. It was my sponsor and other upline individuals who made me realise that this business is worthwhile.

The CSAs are your team members. As a leader you provide vision , direction and inspiration. Inactivity on their part could mean they do not share your vision...it's our duty to:

1. Create awareness of what this business is about.
2. Explain the benefits and what's in it for them
3. Give them knowledge on how to do succeed. Paste some of the launchpad information to their mail, this might generate interest and they will want to find out more.

You should do what all of us must do, continue your support, i. e. Team Letters, training, suggestions, etc..

In this business, even your active CSAs could become a day away from frustration and, ultimately, inactivity. But you must continue on.

Keep on explaining to them the importance of taking action such as logging onto their Affiliate Homepage everyday, completing their daily actions. Keep reminding them of what's at stake by continuing to explain SFI's generous Compensation Plan.

My point is, just do what you normally do with your active CSAs. Same actions, same responsibilities. Who knows, they may even become active CSAs.

You do not know. Many have decided to become active after a prolonged absence from the program.

I suggest sending an email to them from your Genealogy link twice a month. Direct the message only to your CSAs. Mention 3 things in each email:

1 - SFIMG continues to grow with an average of 160 people per hour signing up regularly.

2 - You are still active in SGIMG, to the best of your ability, on a daily basis.

3 - You will help anyone to the best of your ability if they send you an email at:
'[email protected]' with "I need your help" in the subject line.

4 - Sign the email with your first and last name plus your SFIMG rank and the link to your Leaderhship Page

5 - Finish with "Thank you for staying on my team, 'firstname'!

And do not say anything more. After they have seen that email twice a month for a year you will be through with them and the system will terminate their membership.

Don’t worry or be frustrated when you receive inactive CSAs. Communicate with them as well as your existing active PSA/CSAs. Never differentiate with your regular active PSA. Who can say they will be inactive forever? May be one day you will be astonished to see that your present inactive CSAs become active than your existing active PSA/CSAs.

4) Teach them how to sponsor affiliates, promote TripleClicks, benefits of participating in auction, pick the price, T-credits, MRPs, T-Time, refer ECA, TC Members, buy products to get VP and also product review VP

5) Convince them the benefits as a Tripleclicks Wave3 Membership to get 5 Tcredits and 50 MRPs free in every month
