Inactivity is another way of stating that "no action yet" on behalf of an affiliate.

Affiliates reassigned is simply another way for people to share resources and to enable others to develop their leadership skills.

An affiliate may not be as motivated nor active due to the leadership style that their team leader may use on a regular basis. You receive down-line members possibly due to the leadership skills that you share with others and are perceived as a better fit leader for down-line members who happen to be inactive at the current moment.

No matter the level of activity that your down-line members have done in the past, this does not mean that it will not change. Down-line members may change to become active due to a change in leadership/guidance.

This a very wonderful question and answer it , i would consider a few factors. People join marketing businesses for various reasons; some out of curiosity, thinking they may generate quick income, some may not have enough time to devote to SFI, some may be due to lack of understanding, lack of passion for this type of business, lack of finance to access the internet on a daily basis, some may also be because they are overwhelmed by the amount of information and training.

All the same, i personally feel as a leader you need to continue to encourage all your affiliates irrespective. Some inactive affiliates may end up encouraged from the information they keep on receiving from you. Some people may be coming from nasty experiences from other affiliate businesses they were involved in, as such, they are taking calculative steps and conducting their own research to ascertain the legality of SFI. My suggestion would be not to give up on your affiliates.

This business is your own and only you know your goals and dreams. By helping others to achieve their goals, you are bound to also grow. GOOD LUCK AND JUST HAVE FUN!!!

In my own opinion, the only thing you can do is sent them encouragement or success report of SFI affiliates or even contest and promos that may convince them to be active again through CSA Mailer, but, if still they will not respond to your email or they will not still be active don't push it. As the RULES OF SUCCESS number 19 says "Some will, some won't. So what?! Someone's waiting! Next!" You can lead the cow to the river but you can't really force them to drink, just like our CSAs; we can lead them to be active again in SFI through team mail and it is up to them how will they respond to it. If they will drink that would be great! If they won't, then cheer up! there are over 2 billion people using and surfing the net.

According to the lesson 2 of Internet Income Course, the acceptance of digital environment is growing. More people now a days are turning to digital environment to find comfort, socialization, recreation, learning and most of all jobs!There is a huge potential, incredible potential not only for the big companies but also with the home base entrepreneur like us.

So basically it will be the lost of inactive CSAs or even PSAs and not us. Yes we may lose them but why do we need to keep on holding them when we can look for another affiliates that will be willing to duplicate us. Just don't rely on your CSAs, continue to advertise and search for your precious five or more affiliates that will become very serious in building their business in SFI. We need to put all the hard work to find them but when we find them, it will be worth the sacrifices and hard work that we did. :)

When you receive your assignment of CSAs, have a look at the date they joined SFI. You will notice that overall there are two types of inactive CSAs – those who have just joined and those who have been forfeited from other affiliates and reassigned to you.

I would suggest that you treat those who have just joined SFI in a manner similar to the way you treat your new PSAs. They are valuable, they need help and support and you will reap the fruits of your labour with them in due course. Contact them immediately introducing yourself, your role and offering your help and support. That should be your focus with them at this stage. Stay in regular contact with them. If they have active sponsors, they will be receiving training from them, they will also be receiving messages from SFI, so be careful that you don’t overload them. If they contact you for assistance then of course you will become much more involved with them, especially if their sponsor is inactive.

The other type of CSAs, those who have been with SFI for a while and have been reassigned to you is a bit more difficult to deal with. Contact them as with the new affiliates and make yourself known to them but you should also have a look at their VP Ledgers. If they have never started then perhaps they were never seriously interested in the first place – but again don’t write them off, just keep in contact. If they have started but have then stopped then you may consider doing more work with them. You should also have a look at their profile, if one is available. These often reveal a bit more about the members concerned.

While these inactive CSAs may later on become active, and that is why you should stay in regular contact with them, do not spend inappropriate amounts of time on them. Remember we need to ‘work with the workers.’ While it is great to be concerned with the inactive members, at the end of the day, this is a business not a charitable organisation. We need to capitalize on our strengths – our active workers.

The best way is to contact them introduce yourself, assure them that you are always on their disposal to help.

If you have a blog,website or forum with guides pass on the link tell them that it will help. Many new members are confused when they log in to the SFI page, they always say there are to many buttons, so make sure that you have some guide even with photos and videos on how to get started.

Let them know how they can contact you at anytime either on facebook,skype or e-mail. Most important is that they stay assured that you are there to help them.

Send them a message and or an email in case they don't log in to SFI. If all that doesn't work do not give up after some time contact them again. It should start working after 2 or 3 times that you e-mailed and contacted them.

That is what I do and they slowly start to work and they do contact me and ask for help.

Once you maintain or increase your rank in SFI you will continue to obtain CSAs every month.

Reality is ... you will always have inactive CSAs... and eventually you will get active CSAs as well.

you just keep doing business the way you always have by doing your daily, weekly, and monthly task. Keep sending out your weekly email to all members at least that is what I have been doing all 14+ years I been in SFI. Belive it or not I have had alot of PSA's and CSA's that have came around and started working there business just by watching me keep on going and never know one of your emails you send out could touch base and get them to start working there business. Like that saying goes: you can lead a hourse to water but you cannot force it to drink it. It has to be up to them when they want to do it so just keep moving forward. Here is another saying: if it is to be it is up to me nobody is going to help me. So that is my answer I hope it helps you and everybody else out. Don't cry over spilled milk just go get more. :)

I have found out that most of the inactive csa's are inactive because of one of the following reasons
1. Their sponsor is inactive
2. they don't understand the workings of SFI
3. They speak a different language so they have a hard time getting a grasp of what all of the training shows them. Explain that when they log in on their home page if they will go to the bottom of the page and look on the right side of the page they will see

Click on the drop down arrow and select your language then your page will always be in your own language and you will better understand what you are reading.
Go to your genealogy page and check to see what the last log in dates of the Csa's
are starting with the latest log in. Then write up an informative letter and save it so you can copy and paste it in an email and then send it to their personal email and personalize it by at the beginning put their name. Then go down the list and send each one a (Personal) email then go to the next log in date and do the same. Most of the inactive Csa's don't check their sfi mailbox and also instead of them getting an email for a group of people they will see that you have taken the time to email them personally instead of just putting them in a big group. This will show them that you are truly interested in them and you are willing to take the time to work with them! It won't get them all active but you will definarely get some responses!

Whenever we receive CSAs they are new(not talking about second home CSAs).They are inactive but no one can say when they will become active and start working. They are someone PSA so of course their Sponsor should be mailing them to make them active. You are their Co-Sponsor so your responsibility is also to encourage them, send them mails and offer them prizes for your hard work. But they are inactive so whenever you receive CSAs always mail all your CSAs through CSA Mailer. Tell them about SFI and how they can earn easily with a little investment and all. Always remember to put your email id and facebook link so that they can contact you for more details. Gery said "Work with Workers " so always give time to your active people and always mail your whole Geneology. Any one can become active and start working anytime. CSAs are also a part of your earnings so give them priority. CSAs are the one from whom you can earn without training much because their Sponsor is already training them. So always encourage your CSAs via CSA Mailer.
If you are lucky then some will surely become active.
