It's great when we receive our CSAs. It's annoying when they do nothing.

Whether they are PSA or a CSA, the old adage about how you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink applies
(the actual answer to this is that if you hold it's head under it will start to swallow the water before breathing it in - but that may be considered an extreme solution)

Emailing is the obvious solution and no doubt many people will suggest this. However what you need to do is send an email that offers something they are not already getting from SFI or their own sponsor, not just a list of links to Launchpad that they have already received.

Do you have a Co-op? Are you running a contest? Are you offering T Credits?

And are you offering direct support, an email or other way to contact you personally? Maybe, as so many experience, they have an inactive sponsor who is not helping them, and you as their co-sponsor have the golden opportunity to be the mentor and leader they need.

Start with CSA mailer, and make it personal. Then see which CSAs start to reply and why.

More then 90% of all Affiliates are inactive and same reflacts when we receive our share of CSA's .Most of them being inactive .

But ,there may be few ,who wants to become active but due to lack of knowledge and support from sponsor ,they are not able to move forward.

As a Co-Sponsor ,we have to encourage such affiliates and make them active .

First of all ,we should introduce our self to them as there Co-Sponsor and assure them of every possible help and guidance .

If any of them respond to mail ,immidiate follow up is required .

For ,rest of the CSA's weekly team mail is enough.

As soon as you receive inactive CSAs, you should do following:

1) Keep on Motivating them now and then through Mailer option.
2) Share proven examples of Yours, Sponsors, their Sponsors, others who have already started getting Income.
3) Just be in touch with them to make them feel that somebody is there to support.
4) You have got a Dynamic Challenge to put back energy in them from scratch.
5) In daily Personal as well as Work Place life we are already taking this kind of Challenge then why can't in SFI...Think

I think we have all tried to find a solution to this question. The fact remains that we will all always have some inactive CSAs regardless of our efforts.
I usually send the a personal email introducing myself as their new sponsor/team leader and welcome them as a new member to our team.
I offer to assist them in whatever way they need help to become active again and also asked why they became inactive. If they do reply to my email this gives me a foothold (so to speak), of reviving their interest in SFI and Triple Clicks. If I don't receive any answering email, I simply just send them my usual weekly news letter and don't waste my time trying to convince them any further, but rather spend more time with team member that are willing to work, to achieve success.

To be honest there is only so much you can do with inactive CSA's. There are a lot of 'tyre kickers' out there, those that have just joined to have a look,and because it is free to join you are always going to get those who join and then do nothing. All I do is make contact with them immediately when they first join and welcome them to SFI, and include some tips on how to succeed. I then follow up with a couple of letters of support and try and motivate them to my level of commitment, but if they don't reply or take any interest then I stop wasting my time, as I would rather spend my energy and time on those that have shown they want to achieve with SFI. These are the ones you should concentrate on, as they are the ones who are going to boost your down-line, and therefore increase your earnings.

There is only so much you can do to motivate people, so identify those that are regularly visiting SFI and earning points(use your Genealogy Reports)and put all your efforts into them. I have many affiliates who have joined SFI and not earned any VP's at all, and despite several messages offering help they still haven't bothered to try, so I no longer try to help them. If they had wanted to succeed they would have made an effort by now, so I know they are not serious and therefore not worthy of my valuable time. You should do the same. Try to help them at the start, of course, as you never know their true potential until a little later, but then simply give up on them if they don't accept you help.

Remember that Duplication is the key to success with SFI, so if your down-line are not motivated enough to perform to your level, then Duplication won't occur, and you will not benefit as much as you should. Concentrate on those Affiliates who have proved to you they understand the meaning of Duplication, you will see them in your Genealogy Reports (check how they earned them, it will be those that have sponsored PSA's and CSA's).

What should you do with inactive CSAS? The same as you do with active ones; be a supportive leader. The difference will be in the content of your communication because your aim is to inspire or motivate these inactive CSAs to act and get going building their businesses. There was a very interest thread in the Forum recently where an affiliate shared that they were inactive for many years but now is a Team Leader.

Often times it is said that you should never give up on any teammate and this is the right approach because these inactive CSAs can suddenly "wake up" and provide you with 15% commissions plus VP to match. Therefore, where they are concerned, you should always aspire to inspire them to act.

1.Communication is HUGE

Communication can make or break any relationship whether business or otherwise.It is what separates successful marketers from the 98% that fail online. In lesson 4 of the Launch pad communication is emphasized as a great recipe of good duplication success.
OK, so HOW do you communicate with your affiliates? How do you make sure they know you are out there and available to assist them?

SFI offers some Great Tips

a) Set Up a greeting and a welcome letter to your CSA introducing yourself as their new Cosponsor.

b)Next, you'll want to develop some form of regular outgoing communications. SFI recommends a weekly or bi-weekly e-mail. Make use of all the communication tools (TM, Stream Tab, Genealogy etc) available in SFI to make this work effectively.

c)Build Trust
How? By showing genuine concern to help your CSA. This principle of touch a heart before you ask for a hand has never failed. I personally have used this principle of leadership and have seen positive results

d) Run Contests and Offer Incentives
I received a couple of CSA previously that had been in the business for quite some time but were very reluctant to move beyond being just an Affiliate. These guys were logging in daily faithfully but never motivated for some reason to move up the ranks. I decided to ran a contest-that for anyone who makes it to EA every month gets free 10 PSA. It did the trick. I awoke some sleeping giants and they began to get more involved and communicate more frequently with me. It also helped me determine who was really serious about their business vs the Tyre Kickers

e) Always Share Best Success Tips
It's unfortunate many Leaders are found wanting in this area. Some leaders regrettably think that by sharing good information for example about good places to advertise and how to Success Tips, their Down line will out compete them. Shikes! That is so wrong. 'Give and it shall be given back to you'. 'For whatsoever shall a man sow that also shall he reap.' 'Whatever goes around comes around.' Go on and bless your Affiliates and see if the reward trickle back.

f) Lead by example.
Practice what you preach. Set high standards for yourself first then achieve them. Let your progress be visible to your down line or any other affiliate through the badges you accumulate on your wall. Most likely they too will be motivated to want to get there. Eagles always fly with the eagles and not turkeys or chickens. Don't push them to do what you haven't or can't do.

g) Don't Show selfish Motives
That means pushing your Affiliates to get a SO, purchase, purchase and purchase.... It just doesn't work. Matter of fact you might just kill a very good CSA or lose him/her to someone else. Be ethical and original and show some empathy.

Lastly, having done all you can to help your Inactive CSA and there is still no response from them. "Follow the Pareto principle" or the 80/20 rule that says "use the 20% to give you an 80%. In other words Work with the Workers. Give your workers your best support and help and see yourself reach for the skies.

It's a good question, as all of us face the same problem all the time.

In my opinion, a CSA is a CSA - each one is worth keeping and supporting. We should be aware that some people join SFI just out of curiosity, not because they are determined to make it their real business. There are also those who hesitate or need more time to make up their mind. The thing is, they don't know you and you don't know them, and it takes some time to gain a person's confidence.

So, what should you do? You should do your best to make yourself credible. Communicate with them once a week, just as you do with your active downline members, send them tips and ideas how to grow their business, even if they never reply. Maybe they're content with their job and financial situation right now, and find it unnecessary to waste time here. Or maybe they are having difficult times in their family, or travel a lot, or god knows what. However, circumstances may change, and maybe some day some of them will find themselves in a difficult financial situation and remember SFI. When they see it's still there and growing, they'll most probably take it more seriously. And, guess what - you'll be right there where they left you, still offering support and transfer of knowledge and experience. How's that for credibility?

Another reason for inactivity may be the language barrier. All you can do is advise them to use the language tools provided herein, and to connect with a2a members from their own country. When you do that, use simple and well-known words and phrases, such like SEE A2A PAGE, CLICK TRANSLATE, or alike.

I have a lot of inactive CSAs myself, and I keep sending them personal mail every now and then, hoping that they'll eventually realize my intentions are good. None of them have opted out yet, so I guess they are not bothered by my occasional mails. That gives me hope that they're still considering their options and may become active some day.

We receive CSAs either as rewards or through winnings via the auction. Whatever way we received them they now belong to us and therefore cannot be ignored. We do not know the reasons why they are inactive. However, circumstances change and it has been my experience that some CSAs suddenly become active and continue to soar to the top. Therefore we must continue to encourage them. The challenge will be to find a way to get them working.

It may be necessary to contact each CSA individually in order to get to know them. Check their profile and see their interests and bond from there. Check their goal and encourage them to maintain that focus.

Congratulate those who have actually scored some VPs, no matter how small. Recognize the effort it may have taken them and help them to see that each point counts for a share in the Executive Pool.

Offer incentives and direct them to your leadership page. Share experiences of other SFI affiliates and also give success stories. Your own experiences are also quite encouraging. For example, let them know when you win any of the competitions and help them to see how easy it can be.

Encourage them to connect with affiliates in their own country so that they will not feel that they are alone. Refer to the various badges that you were able to attain and how this was done.

If possible, share information with them each week via SFI’s many channels of communication. The idea is that someday, something you say might appeal to them and they will respond.
