Just ask the shop own if they could open a store in one of the largest malls in the world and it cost them nothing up front, not even in inventory if they could see that as helping their business. Most would snap up that free store front with no out of pocket cost and tap into the larger number of shoppers.

Fact is I don't know one business owner that thinks they have enough sales and would turn down the ability to generate more income without any risk. That would be foolish. You basically have two choices there:

1) Promote them into the ECA Program while simultaneously getting them up and running on the Internet

2) Market their products through your own ECA business and show them what can be done - believe me, if you start selling their products internationally, they are going to get very interested in what you are doing

This is a quite common situation in third world countries where a lot of people make products for sale in the local markets, but have no idea how to expand into the international arena.
