The best way to get your PSA's to understand the value of a SO, is to explain to them, that SFI, is their own Business, and just like any other venture requires an investment of time and money, all business have overheads, like rent, licences, wages/salaries, etc

In SFI you can treat your SO as your rent

It is essential that we explain our PSAs about the very concept of SFI working. I get queries from my PSAs as to when they will get pay cheque, because they have already earned thousands of Versa Points! What an Ignorant innocence! Ignorant on their task, innocent in thinking that money can be earned just by reading instruction manual and training material and reviewing some pages!

Therefore at the outset itself we should educate them that nothing comes from nothing and the commission can be earned only through sales effected at TrippleClicks. It could be both from our purchases and purchases made through our downline members and our referred members.

Having done that, we point out to them that the rules of SFI stipulates that every member has to earn a minimum of 1500 VPs to remain in SFI as a Team Leader and be eligible for various benefits including earning commissions.

Then you can suggest to them the various products of TripleClicks which can fetch 1500 sales VPs and can be placed as Standing Order so that maintaining EA status is ensured every month so that our time and efforts can be focussed on other matters such as sponsoring and promoting TripleClicks.

You can assure them that they may have to pay from their pocket only for a few initial months and once they have built their team and start earning commission, they can reinvest that earning into paying for their Standing Order.

Share with them the benefits of a standing order, let them know that with a 1500 vp standing order this free's them up to go for the next level. A lot of people struggle each month just to make EA. With a 1500vp standing order this effort can then be focused on getting to BTL or beyond.

I can nearly guarantee you that once someone makes BTL and see's the benefits they'll work hard to maintain that rank.

Tell Your Team it's the best way for them to secure their Team Leader status.

By setting my standing order I save a lot of time and I don't have to be worried to lose my down-line, it's the best decision I ever made, that way I'm sure to always get the 1500 VP's I need for keeping my Team Leader Status!

With my standing order I don't have to worries about my sale points I just have to focus on my Action points, at the same time, I got more time for focusing on other important thing like;

If you have to convince your PSAs that setting up a Standing Order is the best way of guaranteeing their EA status each and every month, then the PSAs you have aren't examining the SFI/TripleClicks Program as they should. Therefore, in my opinion, stop trying to convince them. Instead, begin instructing them.

Steer them to https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/StandingOrders, while at the same time provide them with your own experience in setting up a Standing Order for yourself.

My point is, not only do you give them reason for doing their own homework, that is to say, studying and learning the various aspects of the SFI Program, their business, but you instantly remove from yourself having to try to convince someone of doing something so very basic. In other words, it all comes down to them wanting to do it, or not.

This is a good question. Use should tell to your downline to set up an standing order but you should not force them to buy this. The following are the profits they can get if they set up a Standing order:

I am going to give you the way I was taught with my sponsor/co-sponsor and it worked out very good.
I was told about Standing order in my sixth Lauchpad Lesson a teammail was sent to me about maintaining my Rank of EA I will have to have a Standing Order from the Second month.
At first it did not register and I assumed when I get there I will cross the bridge, never take your sponsor's advice light heartedly because you can loose valuable information and strategies.
Eventually I lost my EA and then I was panicking because I lost all my perks that goes with the Rank.
The Fastest and Easiest Explanation is
1.Transfer Buying that is when you purchasing from Tripleclicks there are items which you purchase has Standing Order therefore encourage your PSAs to view items on Tripleclicks

2.Website Sales just by refering customers to your online store you maintain EA status
3.Action Verspoints this is done by Team building and building your online business.

This is a very important question.
First, you should lead by example, i.e. you should have your own 1500 VP (or something little less) standing order.
Then, you should explain to yours affiliates all of the benefits of such decision. The most important benefit is, of course, that they will be with EA status immediately and starting to earn money, regardless to their other activities.
If they don't reach 1500 points by the end of the month (EA status), they'll lose all of their executive benefits! These include all of shares of the TC Executive Pool, ECA Royalties, Co-Sponsor Commissions, their Executive Affiliate title, T-Credits Bonus, and more.
They will also permanently lose all of their co-sponsored affiliates.

Start by not using "convince" in this question :)

When we convince someone, it looks like we are selling to them a product and belief me - you don't want to leave an impression to your PSA that you sell to them - they will perceive this like you are trying to gain commission from them only...

In a way, your PSAs should consider this as a last minute resort. Why? Because you will gain small commissions for this and they will get lazy and wont put any effort in promoting the business or building a team. Real earnings come by building a strong team.

However, lets put the relatives in the desk:

TIME = DEDICATION = MONEY

Invest less TIME= Dedication + Money
Invest less MONEY= Dedication + Time
Invest less DEDICATION= Invest Money + Time

Conclusion: Find the PSAs that don't have time to dedicate them self nor even make 1.500VP monthly and "offer" them the SO possibility or Co-Op. In most cases, they will ask you about this before you find them!
